The space
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES! Accommodates children and adults. Total of guests must not exceed 12 including adults & children/infants. Accommodates up to 4 couples comfortably (2 kings, 2 queens). Works for a mixture of couples and singles; with 4 couples max and 1-2 singles. Perfect for families. We respect diversity and inclusion; all folks are welcome.

First Floor-
West Wing-includes a large family room with a gym and exit to the backyard (to pool), a large kitchen, large dining room, and living room. Only the family room is separated by a door to accommodate more privacy while the rest is all open concept to facilitate conversations and gatherings with families and friends. At the center of the large open concept area, there is a wood-burning stove/fireplace and brick chimney. All ceilings are cathedral type with skylights, providing a warm atmosphere and summer feel. A group of 8-10 people in this house doesn’t feel crowded; the house airy and all the main rooms are very large.

East Wing-
Includes 1 full bath, 1 powder room/half bath, and 3 bedroom, which are all similar looking (see pictures). One bedroom has a large king size bed, the other 2 have queen size beds (1 is a trundle bed that has a full size mattress underneath). Each bedroom is of good size with air conditioning, a double closet, 2 night stands with lamps, a mirror and toiletries. Each bedroom is nicely decorated with a beach theme and has extra pillows for your comfort.

Second Floor-
Perfect for a family of 3-4-Extra Large Master Bedroom with a King Size bed, en-suite bathroom & en-suite “office size” room with full size bed in it. The Master Bedroom as air conditioning, a double closet, 2 night stands with reading lamps, ample space for yoga/meditation practice or a pack n play, a large television with Netflix/Roku and several windows with nice forest views. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, and is accessible from the Master Bedroom only. The Master Bedroom’s connecting room is perfect for children; it has a full size bed with a gate, a night stand, a skylight window with blinds, and air conditioning. You can close it’s sliding door for some level of privacy. To access the connecting room, you must first enter the Master Bedroom. (You can see this is fitting for a family with 1-2 children, but not necessarily for singles or couples). There is a den in the upstairs hallway with a reading couch.

Lower Level Basement-
Includes Washer and Dryer Room and an infrared Sauna Room with Towels and instructions. The infrared Sauna is the lowest EMF on the market/healthiest!
The other section of the basement is finished and includes a futon, a television with Netflix/Roku, bean bags, a ping pong table, an office space and twin size bed. Please note that this section is not a private bedroom as guests have to go through this section of the basement to utilize the washer/dryer or sauna. The basement is large and has a door at the top of the stairs so if your guest wishes to sleep on the futon, they can do so. (Please note: Extra bedding for the futon is not provided. Please bring your own if you plan on sleeping on futon). There is an A.C. And an de-humidifier in the Basement.

Exterior-
The backyard has a very large Salt Water Pool (20x40 Lazy L-shaped) with a heater and a small seating section with jets inside the pool, a Tiki Bar (Grill, Pizza Oven) a Fire Pit and a Beach Volley Ball Court. The backyard has a deck with tables and chairs, and is gated. The backyard and front yard are private with tall trees and vegetation. Very Private. The front yard has a front deck with a roof that sits 5 persons, a pathway to walk around or lounge in the hammocks under the trees, and Parking that accommodate up to 6 cars.
The house is not located on the street, so it is very quiet - you drive in through a manual gate and up a long driveway to the house. When sitting on the front porch or by the pool in the backyard, it is peaceful. The neighbors are not close by so you can play your music on our built in bluetooth speakers and enjoy yourself. The Cabin is a very peaceful property, with a relaxing and positive atmosphere vibe like no other around.

The booking guests will have to provide his/her full name as well as each guests full name of everyone in his/her party upon booking completion. Each guests IDs will be verified at check in. Accurate number of guests will be verified at check in. Please enter accurate number of guest in booking request. Entire group must arrive at the same time agreed for checking in.

No additional day or night guests permitted on the premises; in the backyard pool or inside the house.

Children and teenagers must be supervised at ALL times around the pool and premises.

This listing is a log home; it has a great natural wood smell that would absolutely be ruined by smoke-vaping smoke too. Please go outside to smoke, there is plenty of space to relax and smoke outdoors. A large fine will be billed to the booking guest if a guest smoked inside the house.

Please turn off A.C. When windows are open, before leaving the house, or when not using.

Preferably no shoes in the house.

Guests must have the Airbnb on their phone (free) to facilitate communication with HOST.

Check-Out time is at 10am. No exceptions will be made. Guests are required to leave the kitchen the way they found it; dishwasher, fridge and trash emptied, microwave and stove wiped clean.
