Our vacation rental is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath garage apartment located in the South Side of Bradley Beach. We are 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from Main St. You can walk to the BB train station, a ton of great restaurants, Del Ponte’s Bakery & Coal Fired Pizza and Beach Plum Ice Cream Parlor.

There is a ton of natural light and it is very spacious. The kitchen has Silestone tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The closets are huge in both bedrooms for ample storage. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors are installed throughout and we have a high def flat screen TV w/ FIOS TV and Netflix. There is one large bathroom with your own washer and dryer.

Relax on the beautiful outdoor deck that boasts a great ocean breeze. Take a nap on the couch or enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats 4.

This beach house is located on a pretty street in a desirable south end neighborhood just a stone's throw from the boardwalk. We are also close to the fishing pier and steps away from the showers and facilities on the simple beautifully-restored boardwalk- and the cute snack shack on the beach. Park and tennis court nearby. The front yard and barbecue grill are available for your use. The train to NYC stops a short walk away at the nearby Asbury Park or Bradley Beach train stations. The Academy bus to New York City picks up and drops off right in town.

This 1-bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious feeling. A breezy open air porch with awnings and views of the ocean is right outside your door. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out comfortable sofa-bed in the comfortably appointed living room which can accommodate additional person(s). • Please Treat Our Home with Care:
o Must be at least 21 years old to book.
o ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! This home is ONLY for the number of guests registered at booking. Should more than that number of people occupy the rental, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated.
o ALL cameral MUST stay on! Should the guests disconnect the Wi-Fi for any reason, the stay will be terminated immediately! There are cameras located on the outside of the home for the safety of the guests.

o Use remotes for window AC units to temperature to what makes the apartment comfortable for you and your guest. Window AC units are in the living room and bedroom.

o Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind inside the home! $100 surcharge will be applied if smoke is smelled in the home (smoke detection hardware has been installed on this property).
o Please notify the homeowner immediately of any property that was damage by you or your guest during the stay.
o Please keep property and home clean, the cleaning service will do basic cleaning. Should the home be left excessively unclean there will be an additional charge of $150. Please make sure the oven is left as clean as it was for your stay. If not, there is a $35 charge for oven cleaning.
o Please remember to turn off the lights/TVs/electronics whenever leaving the home. Don’t forget to close and lock doors/windows.
o Front Door Access the unique 4-digit code (given to you check-in instructions) press middle button to unlock/open the front door. Lock front door press the middle button door will immediately lock.
o 11pm Quiet Time to respect tenants that live upstairs and neighbors.
• Parking:
o There is free street parking in front of the home.
• Porch Cushions:
o Brown Storage Container it’s seat cushions. Please use seat cushions to relax on the porch. Place the cushions back into the storage container after each use to ensure cushions do not get damaged.

• Smart TV:
o Feel free to log into your own Netflix, YouTube or other apps. Please remember before check-out to log out your accounts. If TV is broken or damages, there will be a charge to the guest of $200.00.
• Bedroom:
o Be kind to bed linens and towels. (No makeup/food stains/etc.) If any are permanently stained after washing, there will be a charge to the guest of $25 per sheet.
• Sofa Bed
o Linens/Pillows for sofa bed are in the black ottomans (included 4 pillows-2 sets of grey linens for the sofa bed and comforters). Please Note: For your comfort grey linens are placed on the sofa bed. All you have to do is grab your pillow and comforter from the black ottomans.

o Be kind to bed linens and towels. (No makeup/food stains/etc.) If any are permanently stained after washing, there will be a charge to the guest of $25 per sheet.

• Kitchen:
o DO NOT put any food down the sink drain. It will clog the sink drain which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the sink at a cost to the guest of $175.
o Please wash or put all used dishes in the dishwasher prior to check out. DO NOT OVERLOAD the dishwasher, as the dishes will not get properly cleaned. If the cleaning service wash dishes that were left behind by guests, a $15 dollar surcharge will be applied. If the dishwasher is overloaded the surcharge will still be applied.
o Please take out all the garbage as needed. DO NOT OVERLOAD the garbage cans. There are big trash cans in the backyard/side of the home. Black for trash and Blue for recyclables.
• Bathroom:
o If you forgot some bathing essentials, we have some for you (check the basket in the bathroom)
o 1 face cloth/1 bath towel left for each guest per 2 nights. Missing towels $10 per body towel/$5 per face towel.
o ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet. Paper towels/any type of wipes/feminine products will clog the toilet which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the toilet at a cost to the guest of $175.
o DO NOT put any food down the bathroom sink drain. It will clog the sink drain which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the sink at a cost to the guest of $175.

☀ We provide 3 Asbury Park 2025 Seasonal Beach Passes for guest use. These are required to access Asbury Park Beaches from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
☀ Children 12 and under are free, but must be supervised by an adult.
☀ Lost or stolen beach passes will incur a replacement fee of $85 per pass.
☀ Avoid the lines — purchase additional beach access or day tickets via the Viply app.
☀ Each guest is provided with 1 beach towel and access to 2 beach chairs, located in the [bedroom closet / rear hallway shelving – confirm correct location].

Lovely cottage-style accommodation (2 bedroom/1 bath) in circa 1890 two-family beach house in Victorian Ocean Grove less than 1/2 block to the beach. Enjoy Ocean Grove's beautiful beaches and friendly and quaint small town feeling. Enjoy the many wonderful events, concerts and recreational activities. Ocean Grove is a charming place to relax and decompress from the stress of daily life. Your place at the beach is well-located on the sunny side of a pretty street in the desirable south end of Ocean Grove just steps to the boardwalk. We are also close to the newly re-constructed pier and steps away from the beach office, showers and facilities on the uncluttered, uncommercial boardwalk. Park and tennis court nearby. The front yard and barbecue grill are available for your use.

This is an entirely non-smoking property - inside as well as outside (porch and yard). As such, it is not recommended that those who smoke book this rental.

This second-floor unit has views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the living and dining rooms with its 13 large windows with safety latches. It sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 pullout sofas for an occasional overnight guest (2 additional persons). The decor is beachy, light and airy. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners throughout. Three beach passes are included with your rental.

For the safety of all of our guests, we have been following the guidelines for enhanced cleaning and disinfection since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please contact owner for any special circumstances (less/greater than minimum number of days, different check-in day or discount - if available, etc). We will get back to you quickly. Two week minimums are preferred during the summer months, however some weekly rentals are available.. Ask about extending the last week of August into Labor Day weekend, which is early this year.
