- "We were at the shore for the Sea Hear Now music festival in Asbury Park, which was an easy 20 minute train ride. This apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Short walk to the beach, steps from all the little shops and joe was easy to contact! For sure will stay again!" - "This apartment is exactly as pictured, and plenty of extra linens are provided. The apartment is clean and very spacious for the number of people it can accommodate, and there is a lot of storage/closet space. The location is downtown as indicated, all walkable to the nearby stores, restaurants, and bagel shops. Probably a little too far to walk to the boardwalk with little children, but doable for my 9 and 10 year old (although we preferred to drive and park at boardwalk). It’s right around the corner from the famous Hoffmans Ice Cream, and great dining. It is important to note that, nearby there is a railroad and typical of city traffic, the train could be heard during daytime hours, but surprisingly, could not heard through the evening hours. There is a staircase to get up to the apartment and once inside it is clean and fresh. There is one other apartment on the same floor of this building, but we did not see those gusts/owners. Typical of a city apartment it was better to keep the blinds closed as the views are just building rooftops, but all of the windows have coverings, and this apartment felt safe and secure for our weekend visit."

This spot is close to jenkinson's, four blocks from a private beach that is quiet and spectacular, and a walk or short drive to everything that you need. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was spectacular! The beds were comfortable the linens were clean towels were provided and the kitchen is great along with a wonderful refrigerator if you want to bring food and cook to save money. The sliding doors to a deck with a table and chairs was the icing on the cake. Patrick was wonderful at communication! Very responsive! I absolutely love this spot and I am definitely going to come back next year. Do yourself a favor and book it!"

House Rules.
The refundable policy is as follows:

1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).

Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
