- "This home has it ALL! One would never know it's been a rental since 2008. Furniture, appliances, carpeting, baths, all modern amenities were in "mint" condition! Perfect location in our favorite beach town. IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Joe, the owner ,has thought of everything. At one point I thought I had him as I needed a measuring cup to make coffee (in one of the two different size peculators), but sure enough, there they were, complete with measuring spoons too. We wanted for nothing and were made to feel like family. We own a B&B so we are quite picky when it comes to traveling. I must say I learned a thing or two from Joe. Thanks for a great week!"
