Ocean City was around 30 minutes and AC outlets were around a 20 min drive. Communication with host was easy and very helpful. Check in/out process was flawless. This beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a large 3 story duplex. Home is just 100+ steps to beach entrance. First floor for rent has a quite front porch to enjoy ocean breezes at night and People watching- walkers going and coming from beach. Rear private patio/barbecue area with an outside large enclosed shower that accommodates guest for outside family fun. Is a smoke free and pet free unit with a nice bright beachy decor. Interior consists of a large 3 sofa living room one is sofa bed) with entertainment center, full bath, full eat-in kitchen, 2 large bedrooms w/ queen beds, plus utility room with modern washer and dryer & room to store bikes and toys, and small game room with add sofa bed. Installed new air conditioning system three years ago. Rear patio has table & chairs for 6 with grill to cook full dinners and grassy yard offers a play area and room to stretch out. The rear yard is a real plus with children to play in a fenced yard. Adults like the privacy and relaxing features after a day at the beach. A night out back is one less day on the Boardwalk. Includes two off street parking pads. We have rented 100% of the Summer weeks for the past 11 years in a row. Families like the closeness to the beach so they can bring kids back to house easily and leave beach chairs at beach set up.
CLEANING: As per house Rules- guest are expected to clean upon move out. This includes cleaning all sinks, tub and toilet, run vacuum, take trash out. Every week the unit is cleaned thoroughly for next guest beyond this typical cleaning. The beds are comfortable, the living room sofas are comfortable, kitchen and bath are immaculate and modern. Owner lives upstairs and is available for any needs. Bill has provided accommodations like as if you were at home, and not in a condo setting.

We have parking onsite- one spot per unit. There is plenty of free street parking in the area for any additional vehicles you may bring. Buses, Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are all available to Atlantic City. We do recommend Uber/Lyft or checking prices beforehand, as local cab services charge an arm and a leg to come over the bridge.

Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.

During the beach season 4 seasonal beach tags will be provided for guest use and should be returned to the designated tag area in the condo upon checkout.

My son brought his grill and you have two great picnic tables and all the necessities of life inside. All we missed was a washer/dryer, but that fact could be helped by a clothesline in the yard for towels instead of having them all over the deck railings. But, it was an easy and fun-filled week. We definitely try it again. Since it is for sale, we will wait to see what the new owners change or (sadly) destroy - Thanks for my week, you made it easy and were always quick to answer any questions."

Our space is clean and quiet. Just a great place for a smaller group to hang out and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer...

Queen Bedroom - A queen size bed and a small futon couch that can be used if needed. Closet space and new AC window unit.

Twin Bedroom - Two new twin beds and storage space. Great spot for the kids.

Living room - We have two couches, one of which is a full size pullout if needed. TV is roku with basic cable and Netflix.

We generally allow self check-in via a lockbox but sometimes greet guests if we are in the area. We are usually local but always give guests their space.
We always try to respond as quickly as possible to any issues or requests.

This is a great family oriented beach town with alot to offer. The beach is 1.5 blocks from the house or a super short drive if you prefer. Parking is always available close to the beach.
If you haven't been to Brigantine the beaches are very wide and clean. You will have plenty of room to do whatever you enjoy on the beach. Our beach has an added bonus of several full beach volleyball courts for all to use. Not to mention great views of the Atlantic City skyline.
We also have plenty of food options near our property. Ernest's deli (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), Aunt B's Ice Cream, Richman's Ice Cream, Aversa's Bakery, Wawa, The Cove, Yianni's Cafe, Acme, CVS and so much more are within walking distance or a 5 minute bike or car ride.
Plus you can be in Atlantic City and nightlife within a 5 minute Uber over the bridge.
Our biased opinion - You will have a hard time finding a better location on the island!

Cozy second floor apartment 8 lots back from the beach with great light and a good ocean breeze. The exterior of the home was fully updated in late 2020 and the second floor has new paint and window treatments through out, as well as updated furniture. Private entrance is up a set of stairs, where a furnished south-east facing sundeck will greet you. Kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil, and spices are provided. Coffee pot is drip, but hosts can provide french press or stove top espresso maker upon request. There are games and books in the living room as well as the bedroom book nook for rainy days.

The grill for guests is in the yard at the bottom of the stairs, next to the fence. There is a hose and stocked outdoor shower (May-October) in the backyard that is for both first and second floor units to share. Two beach tags are included with the rental (needed Memorial Day-Labor Day), along with beach chairs, cooler, and beach bag. Guests should plan to bring any other beach gear they need.

AC is from window units, available Memorial Day through end of September.

All second floor spaces are for the guests' exclusive use. Between May-October there is a shared outdoor shower stocked with shower essentials for guests' use in the backyard.
Other things to note
We are currently unable to provide bed sheets and towels due to our housekeeping partner's Covid-19 protocols. We apologize for any inconvenience. A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, basic cleaning supplies, and hand sanitizer are all provided for guests.

- "Overall the stay was lovely, Angela was very communicative and the check in process was easy. Everything was clean and set up for us. I did ask to leave out linens for the extra pull out but was left with one small extra blanket and no extra pillow cases for the spare pillows in the closet. Both the rooms are very sunny in the morning so I would recommend getting curtains. And the kitchen was well stocked but missing a few key items like cutting tables and the utensils were still wrapped from their packaging so we had to wash them before using them. Overall These are minor issues to an otherwise fantastic stay. Thanks Angela!"
