Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream.

This charming second-floor condo is perfectly located just a block from the beach and within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, and parks—everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two queen beds and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, a dining table for 4 people and a full y equipped kitchenette. The unit is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Linens are not provided (bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels).

On-site amenities include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, elevator access, laundry room (coin operated).

This cozy apartment (approximately 800 square feet), for 2 to 3 people is located (2 houses from St Pauls Church); 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks to town and has a very convenient location. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2018 and the lovely deck is 22 by 8 feet which is new as of 2021. The deck is a nice place to lounge or work while getting a tan with 2 comfortable chairs. Parking is on the street only for apartment renters.
There is a washer /dryer in the apartment and a nice outdoor hot/cold shower(new as of 2020) behind the garage which is encouraged to be used by the renters so sand stays outside and not in the apartment or down the drains. Renter buys their own beach tags, brings their own beach chairs and brings linens and towels. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Our new 100% renovated top-floor, 4-bed, 2-bath condo awaits you. Every detail is new and inviting, from furnishings to amenities. Condo was gut renovated so new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, doors, you name it. Just 3 blocks from the beach, Icona/Windrift hotels and beach bars, and local attractions including tennis courts/playgrounds. Patio overlooking and with direct access to the community pool, and walkable to Stone Harbor's renowned shops and dining district. Half block to the bay (water views from many of the rooms) and public fishing pier where you can watch the gorgeous Stone Harbor sunsets.
The space
To sum up our property: new, high end everything and location, location, location. Park when you arrive and if you don't want to drive the entire stay, you don't need to.

We just finished gut renovating the entire condo with high end finishes throughout. The renovation was done thoughtfully because this is our family's new shore place. We are going to use it ourselves some of the time and then rent it out for some of the time. Not just the condo itself but every single thing within the condo is brand new. Very spacious, more like the size of a house with over 2000 square feet.

The kitchen is well stocked with all of the amenities you need to make any meal you desire on your vacation. If you'd rather eat out all vacation, we are near all. We are a half block to the exceptional Mack's pizza and the ever popular Bud's market. If a sit down restaurant is what you desire, we are 4 blocks from the Icona beach bar/restaurant and the Windrift, among others.

Condo is on 83rd street so easy walkability to downtown Stone harbor as well for more shops, restaurants, mini-golf, and more.

Three blocks up are the town tennis courts, basketball courts, and huge playground for the kids. If you want to fish, fishing pier on the bay is half block up.

We have a first floor storage area stocked with beach umbrella, beach cart and beach chairs.

Only thing you really need to bring are sheets for the beds and towels. Outside service can provide them as well.

This is situated two blocks to downtown but also removed enough that you aren't smack in the middle of the bustle of downtown. Both convenient and relaxing
