Adorable, quiet, one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bath nestled in historic district. You can listen to the horse and carriage clippety-clop down the street. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our home. No elevator, Private entrance to apartment located at the back of the house. Bedroom has queen size bed and single bed. Kitchen and living room combination has queen size sleep sofa. Older house with updated amenities. Central air. Within easy walking distance to both beach and mall. On one of the nicest streets in Cape May. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Small deck looking out onto backyard for an afternoon cocktail or even breakfast!
Bring your bikes - there is a spot in the back yard where they will be under cover. We also provide beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for the beach.

Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street. The apartment is connected to the main residence via a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. The bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV and DVD player, Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with a Roku to access Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, etc. 52+ channels are available on the Sling TV app. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time. All linens and towels are provided, washer and dryer are available for stays longer then 7 days upon request. Owners are next door and happy to help with anything we can, restaurant recommendations, directions, activities, beach tags, etc.
Apartment is walking distance to Historic Cold Spring Village & Brewery. One righthand turn off of Cox Lane and it is a straight drive to the Cape May Beachfront, which is only 3.7 miles away and less then a 10 minute drive.

This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square (main shopping district)! Outdoor dining table located on the wraparound porch outside of the unit, which is on the first floor. Beautiful decor, including two stained glass windows in the front of the unit, adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore.
This unit is perfect for a small family (sleeps 4) with 1 bedroom, pull out couch, and comfortable kitchen and living area. The full kitchenette allows for an eat in option on those days when you just want to hang in and relax. The bedroom has a queen size bed and is attached to the updated bathroom. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection, sofa, chair, and dining room table and 4 chairs. Two wonderful screen doors allow the ocean breeze to flow through the unit, making a relaxing area after a day at the beach.
For your convenience bed linens and bathroom towels are included. We also stock the unit with enough of your basic necessities to get your stay started. The outdoor shower makes clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance!!I

This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square! Private covered deck included along with wrap around communal front porch. Beautiful traditional decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore.
Unit 2 has been completely renovated! New floors, new paint, new appliances, new furniture…you name it we did it!! This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 7) with 2 bedrooms , a bump out kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is beautiful and drenched with sunlight with large windows and beach views from the front window. The master bedroom has a king size bed and romantic en suite bath with a claw foot tub. This tub is in the process of adding a working shower so bath or shower this bathroom will be a wonderful space. This is the only space that I do not have pictures of the redo, as it is currently underway now. But there will be a new toilet, new floors, and in general, a complete facelift that I am very excited about. The second bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with a full bottom and twin top and the other with 2 twins.this bedroom has a fun French Victorian vibe and view of the ocean. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection and a beautiful new4 seater sofa that is as comfortable as it is good looking.
The washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance!!

We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

BICYCLES
There are no rentals. There are 6 bikes at Red Fox for guests to use on a first come first-served basis. They must use the bike lock and put it back at our bike rack, locked after each use. Bike combination is available upon request.
All guests who use the bikes do so at their own risk. They are responsible for the appropriate use and locking it up when used and when put away. Guests must supply their own helmets, should they want to use them. All children are required to use helmets when on bikes in Cape May, so guests should follow this local law.

DOGS
There is a dog park nearby on Lafayette St. Dogs are permitted along the beaches of the Delaware bay which is a short 7 minute drive. Several restaurants allow dogs, primarily outdoor seating.

This well-appointed rental features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The space
The property is located above a garage. There are about 12 steps to walk up. It has been completely gutted and brought back to life. The remodel of the space was finished this spring.
Everything is new. The bed, the kitchen, the floors, the bathroom, ceiling fan, A/c and more. It comes with dishes, pots and pans, coffee and pod maker, toaster, everything you need for your stay. I provide the sheets and towels for your stay.
The space is about 350 sq feet - the size of a large hotel room. It comes with a complete kitchen - less a dishwasher. The bathroom is a separate room with a large shower, sink and toilet. There is a nice deck out the front door with a patio table and 4 chairs - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and sunset cocktails.
You have off street parking for 1 car. There is a hose right by the steps for you to rinse when you come off the beach. There is a separate room downstairs with your own private washer and dryer.
Enjoy the proximity Cape May convenience stores and restaurants - including: The C-View, Wa Wa, The Dry Dock, Prine, Lucky Bones, Tony’s Pizza, Madison Bakery and the Lobster House - all within a 10 min walk.

Close to the bay ( a mile walk) restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, breweries, wineries, the ferry, a theater and a gym. Our space offers a driveway with two parking spaces, a front patio and a clean, bright, modern studio space with a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower.
There is a small size refrigerator, drip coffee maker and a microwave, but there is NO oven or stove.
The space
This unit is attached to a main house which is occupied year round. You may hear some noises and see the tenant (which is my dad, a kind older Italian gentleman) He knows to respect your privacy, but if you were interested in finding our more information about the area, he would be a great resource.
The entrance to the studio is off the left side of the front patio. 2 bikes are provided with a lock, just bring your own helmet. There is a local pool 5 blocks away. There is a small fee for daily access. The bay is walkable, bike able or drivable with no parking meters. and there is no fee to enter the bay.
Most of the restaurants have live music and the neighborhood is mostly year rounders who kindly keep a neighborhood watch out so it is very safe. However we encourage you to always keep doors and biked locked when not in use.
We hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven as much as we do.

We provide all bed linens, bath and beach towels, however we do not make the beds. Your clean linens will be folded by the beds for your arrival.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office. Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
June-August: 7 night minimum SATURDAY-SATURDAY. A 3 night minimum is allowed Sept - May .

BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point, both require beach tags. Four beach tags are provided for the Cape May beach which is half a block away. LOSS OF TAGS WILL RESULT IN A FEE.
POOL
The community pool is open from 9:30am - 8pm. 9:30am to 10:30 is adults only. A hold harmless agreement MUST be signed with the lease.
COMMUNICATION
Once booked through the email you provide the lease will be sent for you to e-sign.
