Amazing views from the balcony, smart tvs in both rooms for all your after fun relaxing, full kitchens and great showers. We loved everything about it. Our stay was quiet and worry free. Be cautious of large vehicles for the parking lot is very tight. We did fine with a Ford Explorer but vans and larger may not fit. Public parking lots are near by but do have additional charges. - "Beautiful place" - "The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with little luxury perks in every room. The owners have done a magnificent job at making sure the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and updated appliances. The couch in the living space is plush heaven and the fireplace, tv and an air cleaner are also included. The main bedroom with the large window looking over the ocean is another little piece of heaven. The second room is also beautifully done with a bay facing window for the gorgeous sunsets. There is a laundry room that is convenient for washing and drying and a broom and even some sand toys and beach umbrellas. The outdoor porch had comfortable seating and of course the amazing view from the 10th floor. The whole condo was very clean. I didn’t even feel the need to do the bed checks like you might at a hotel. There is an indoor pool in the lower level that was very nice. Not crowded and kid friendly going from 3-5 ft deep. Vending machines and several luggage and grocery carts. Acme market across the street was very nice and had a lot of selection. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Overall we would beyond a doubt book here again. We were a little hesitant about a VRBO type rental but the owners are very responsive to any questions or messages and were very friendly through the whole process. The only thing that could’ve made the trip better was a longer stay :)"

Fun City arcade and Dumsers just down the street - great for the kids. Right above Bike World with complimentary bike rentals - Steve was running the shop most days we were there, super nice/friendly guy. Caroline St usually has street performers in the evening that are audible from the condo - we brought a white noise machine for our room and for our kids room. Kid didn't notice/complain, and white noise machine did the trick for us. Definitely expecting to book again!"

At the end of the lane there is a public access path feeding directly into the beach. At that location there is a beach cabana where guests can rent umbrellas and chairs. The Ocean City Library, churches, EV charging stations and public bus stop are on the same block.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
