The two bedroom/two full bathroom cottage comes fully equipped for you to have a relaxing vacation or a great off season weekend getaway.The cottage will have all the conveniences you will need including bed linens, bath towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen,TV'S in the living room and both bedrooms along with free WIFI. One bedroom (loft/full bath, shower tub) has two queen size beds and the second bed room ground floor also has a queen size bed. Both bed rooms have great water views and are water front. You will also have a propane grill for cooking out doors two bicycles, as well as two kayaks and corn hole.

Bring your boat along, you can dock it at the dock located on the property. Easy access to the Assawomen Bay and just minutes from all the Ocean City 'Hotspots'

Pets Fee is just $265 for your weekly vacation. So bring the four legged friends along with you. The fee covers 1 or 2 pets, no more then two pets allowed. If staying less then a week I will adjust the pet fee.

Direct Bayfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with amazing views! Corner unit with both western and southern facing balconies; offering breathtaking sunset views and plenty of warm natural light throughout the condo. Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and a private screened in balcony with seating for 5 to enjoy dinner or drinks. Master bath has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a full over full sized bunk bed, as well as a twin extra long bed. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. “Hummingbird Hideaway” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, canoes and more. Bedding for up to 8 people! King in master, full over full bunk bed with a single trundle in bedroom 2. Lastly, downstairs we have a Queen sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the bunk beds available for guests.

Mallard Lakes Community is nestled near Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, and Assateague Island (where you can be one with the horses). All the amenities are maintained and upkept year-round and we sit in a quiet row just outside the hustle of the community.

A perk on being an end-unit is the ability to look out either window of the master suite for your water view and bird watching. This suite and attached bathroom features a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your personals. The bathroom has 2 large skylights that provide an abundance of natural light over the oversized soaking tub shower combination, a dual sink vanity and with upgraded shower hardware. The second bedroom contains a brand new full over full bunk bed with an additional single trundle.

This retreat is available year round and has all the comforts of home! We are located 2 miles west of the beach and the local town of Fenwick Island. Within the town, there are great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops to check out. For those looking for a little more action, Ocean City, MD is only a couple miles away as well.

During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $150 weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.

Beautifully updated with modern decor yet a cozy beachy feel, just a short walk to to the beach, mini-golf, Both family style and gourmet restaurants, playgrounds and ecological parks, bus stop , bars, ice cream, go-carts, popcorn, shopping, water sports, kayaking , you name it.. it’s all at your fingertips! Park your car because you won't need it here. But if you do need your car, we have two spots available plus ample free parking on the streets. Both bedrooms are nestled upstairs, each having their own TV with cable. Easy to access Internet, light airy feeling throughout the house and always a view of the lighthouse. Nice breeze with the windows open and air conditioning throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked, one room has a queen comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and the other bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and pillows . Comforters are provided. A large deck on the first floor off the family room is perfect for enjoying dinners, an afternoon lunch or break from the sun, morning coffee, a drink after the beach, and a private quiet grassy yard for yard games and kids to play in . One of our favorite things to do is watch the lighthouse from the deck light up at night , you can even see this while on the sofa, watching TV! ! Very safe, quiet area. 3 grocery stores located nearby. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. We have owned this lovely condo for 12 years and are also locals, we would be glad to give any recommendations for our favorite restaurants, activities, attractions, but mostly this is a very relaxing vacation! Nothing like hearing and smelling the ocean and salt air. We hope you find our home as comfortable and enjoyable as we do! It’s a gem!

- "Beautiful place" - "The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with little luxury perks in every room. The owners have done a magnificent job at making sure the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and updated appliances. The couch in the living space is plush heaven and the fireplace, tv and an air cleaner are also included. The main bedroom with the large window looking over the ocean is another little piece of heaven. The second room is also beautifully done with a bay facing window for the gorgeous sunsets. There is a laundry room that is convenient for washing and drying and a broom and even some sand toys and beach umbrellas. The outdoor porch had comfortable seating and of course the amazing view from the 10th floor. The whole condo was very clean. I didn’t even feel the need to do the bed checks like you might at a hotel. There is an indoor pool in the lower level that was very nice. Not crowded and kid friendly going from 3-5 ft deep. Vending machines and several luggage and grocery carts. Acme market across the street was very nice and had a lot of selection. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Overall we would beyond a doubt book here again. We were a little hesitant about a VRBO type rental but the owners are very responsive to any questions or messages and were very friendly through the whole process. The only thing that could’ve made the trip better was a longer stay :)"

“Mockingbird Bliss” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and more. These amenities are complimentary. (*The pool will be open memorial day through labor day.) *Dates TBD

Bedding for up to 8 people! We will be doing a king in the master with a queen murphy bed and full size bed in the second bedroom. Lastly, downstairs we will have a brand new Queen/full sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the other beds available for guests.

Surrounding Parts
Mallard Lakes Community is nestled near Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, and Assateague Island (where you can be one with the horses). All the amenities are maintained and upkept year-round and we sit in a quiet row just outside the hustle of the community.

Upstairs
A perk on being an end-unit is the ability to look out either window of the master suite for your water view and bird watching. This suite and attached bathroom features a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your personals. The bathroom has 2 large skylights that provide an abundance of natural light over the oversized soaking tub shower combination, a dual sink vanity and with upgraded shower hardware. The second bedroom contains a full bed and a murphy queen bed.

Kitchen
Just off the new countertops sits a relaxing breakfast bar perfect for family filled conversations. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the needed items one is looking for; clean and current appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, complete knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Lastly, children's plates, bowls, cups and utensils.

Living/Dining Room
Plenty of room to comfortably sit and relax with lake views at every angle. There is complimentary access to Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney Plus all from the smart TVs. Ready to eat or play games? This design we are going to build a breakfast nook and bench seating on the opposite side to accommodate all.

One more thing! We have an enclosed outside shower plus foot wash (hot and cold water)

When we found this, it was a no-brainer because it was very very affordable. Little did we know that our entire vacation would have rain because we were in the middle of a hurricane. The house is a few blocks from the beach, but we only got to go to the beach for a few hours one day. We did not mind though because the house has a really large heated hot tub pool, we were so grateful for this because without it we would’ve had a terrible vacation. Don’t let the pictures fool you outside… Very, very cute and well decorated. A cute little hideaway spot. There is a grill and an outdoor shower, places to eat outside,and many places to sit. We weren’t going to go on A vacation, but last minute we decided to. I would’ve been very upset if we would have went anywhere else because this private little getaway was the perfect place with a pool and complete privacy. Brand new for 2023 both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The unit also features a recently updated full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room area, and living room with fireplace and TV and huge deck overlooking the canal with views to the bay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a TV and ceiling fan and access to a balcony with views of the bay. The second bedroom has an adorable boat bunk bed and a pillowtop single bed with a ceiling fan and plenty of windows. This unit also has a queen fold-out couch on the first floor. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
