The two bedroom/two full bathroom cottage comes fully equipped for you to have a relaxing vacation or a great off season weekend getaway.The cottage will have all the conveniences you will need including bed linens, bath towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen,TV'S in the living room and both bedrooms along with free WIFI. One bedroom (loft/full bath, shower tub) has two queen size beds and the second bed room ground floor also has a queen size bed. Both bed rooms have great water views and are water front. You will also have a propane grill for cooking out doors two bicycles, as well as two kayaks and corn hole.

Bring your boat along, you can dock it at the dock located on the property. Easy access to the Assawomen Bay and just minutes from all the Ocean City 'Hotspots'

This property books very quickly due to the laid back area we are located in but just minutes to the beaches of Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.

The Cottage is great for your family vacation or a couples getaway. We are off of route 54 just 2 miles from the beach.

Pets Fee is just $265 for your weekly vacation. So bring the four legged friends along with you. The fee covers 1 or 2 pets, no more then two pets allowed. If staying less then a week I will adjust the pet fee.

Direct Bayfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with amazing views! Corner unit with both western and southern facing balconies; offering breathtaking sunset views and plenty of warm natural light throughout the condo. Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and a private screened in balcony with seating for 5 to enjoy dinner or drinks. Master bath has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a full over full sized bunk bed, as well as a twin extra long bed. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are two assigned parking spots for the unit. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after a fun day at the beach. “Hummingbird Hideaway” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, canoes and more. Bedding for up to 8 people! King in master, full over full bunk bed with a single trundle in bedroom 2. Lastly, downstairs we have a Queen sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the bunk beds available for guests.

Surrounding Parts
Mallard Lakes Community is nestled near Fenwick Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, and Assateague Island (where you can be one with the horses). All the amenities are maintained and upkept year-round and we sit in a quiet row just outside the hustle of the community.

A perk on being an end-unit is the ability to look out either window of the master suite for your water view and bird watching. This suite and attached bathroom features a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your personals. The bathroom has 2 large skylights that provide an abundance of natural light over the oversized soaking tub shower combination, a dual sink vanity and with upgraded shower hardware. The second bedroom contains a brand new full over full bunk bed with an additional single trundle.

Last Bit
After booking, renter must sign a rental agreement and provide ID (for proof of age). Renter must be over 25. No senior week renters. Special accommodations can be made on a case by case basis, just feel free to contact us.

We have 1 assigned space out closest to the walkway. There are multiple unmarked spots nearby for other parking.
