Parking is free. One or two parking space(s) on the property in driveway are available. There is also unlimited free, unrestricted street parking.

There was almost $300 in taxes and a $155 resort fee that I don't recall was disclosed on the listing until you book. 2) The second bedroom flooded while we were there so we had to allow maintenance to come into the facility and the carpet was all wet there. 3) We had no washcloths, no kitchen towels, and no hotpads. 4) Supplies were limited for a week-long stay. 3 diswasher pods, 2 paper towels, and 2 Toilet paper rolls for each bathroom for the entire week and there were 4 females in our group. 5) Cabinet fronts could use a good wipe down, but other surfaces clean. 6) No pizza cutter (seems like pizza is a pretty common thing to need in an apt. 7) Spatula was all melted at the bottom and pans were pretty scraped up so hard to cook eggs with these."

Finally, we received check-out instructions via email directing us to leave the keys on the counter and send them a photo as proof to avoid additional charges. We asked for confirmation via email to ensure we weren't charged for late checkout and never received it despite followup requests. We finally received an email thanking us "for the information" but not confirming anything of substance. "

Ironically, starting the night before your departure date, they send checkout reminders asking for your anticipated checkout time, encouraging you to checkout early, and emphasizing additional financial charges for lingering beyond 11:00 a.m. If you have any issues, be prepared for tortured communication with the remote property management agency, who clearly don't have any sense of the properties they manage. When as a courtesy after checking out, we tried to point out how the flow restrictor in the shower was barely letting any water through, they asked us to send a photograph! "

Onsite parking costs $4/hour, up to max $30 per 24 hours.

For long-term stays, because Airbnb does not guarantee payment from guests beyond the initial 30 days, we require one month's rent security deposit paid upfront when you book. It will be returned to you upon checkout, assuming no unpaid rent or property damage.

It's the guest's responsibility to register with the building in person with a photo ID and pay a registration fee to get a unique fob for building amenity access. Bring a check as cash is not accepted.
