My suggestion is to leave all the trash bins one night ahead of time on the curb or house driveway( next to mail box ) .Trash bins will be picked up next day early morning.

The apartment is located on our private estate (working organic farm) . There is plenty of parking available also. The monthly rent includes all utilities (high speed internet, Smart TV, electric and more). We are located close to Shady Grove Road and within a ten minute drive to the Shady Grove Metro. The apartment has beautiful views and many windows to view the animals from. To go along with those views we have gardens spread thru out the farm for you to view. Spring is just starting to arrive here on the farm and with that comes the harvest season and the wild ducks are coming back. Included in your rent are delicious fresh eggs from our pastured chickens that we make available.
Located within two miles of the farm are several major grocery stores including big box shopping. We are lucky enough to have three public parks all within a mile and a large sport field.
