The apartment suite is located about 10 miles from Reagan National Airport and 20 miles from Dulles International Airport, within the Beltway, and close to plush, dining and shopping Tysons Corner and Mosaic District areas.

It is equipped with all basic necessities/amenities such as kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, wi-fi, perfect solo travelers whether for leisure or business, but will accommodate two guests.

It is my home so there are pictures of my children and grandchildren.

In the upstairs floor, there is a loving mother and daughter who are welcoming residents of the house. The mother would only need to come down to use the private laundry room. On the opposite end of the basement lives a very friendly young man, who has his own bathroom and separate entrance. He only uses the sink in the kitchenette but nothing else. Everything you see in the pictures is for you.

The Washington Metro station is located about one third of a mile away (7 minute walk). Metro Bus and the local Arlington minibus are at the metro station. The metro is on the Orange and Silver line for a convenient 20 minute ride to either downtown Washington, DC or Tyson's Corner or a 4-8 minute to Ballston or Clarendon.

Mimi’s condo is located at Skyline Plaza off of Seminary road, on South George Mason Drive, approximately 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Washington DC, 2 minutes from downtown Shirlington, 4 minutes from downtown Arlington, and less than 10 minutes from downtown Alexandria, 25 minutes from downtown Fairfax, and approximately 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Merrifield.

The condo is located near 395 and 66 highways exits, route 50 and other major roads. The condo is also located approximately 10 minutes from the Alexandria Hospital and the Virginia Hospital Center, and approximately 20 minutes from Fairfax Hospital.

The condo is literally located 5 minutes from NOVA – Northern Virginia Community College; and also close to the George Mason University Campus. It is an optimal location to access all universities in Washington DC through WMATA, the Washington DC Metro Area Transit Authority. Buses going to the Pentagon, Ballston Metro, and other destinations stop right in front of the condo, including the 28A, 2A, and 803. Nearby Metros are the ORANGE LINE, SILVER LINE, YELLOW LINE and BLUE LINE.

Although we love all furry animals, sadly our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Violators will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee

Please refrain from smoking on the premises! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee

We kindly ask guests to be courteous of our neighbors and refrain from throwing any parties or events during your stay, including large number of unauthorized guests
