Also, please be aware that this is an above ground basement apartment. There are residents that live full time upstairs who are quiet, respectful, and keep to themselves. We ask that guests do the same. Does that work for you all?

This apartment is the ground floor of a custom built home in a quite street off Annandale, near to many restaurants, quick access to 495, and walking distance to nature trails, conservation areas, and restaurants. The space has full kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer, and access to exercise room and gym with free weights. Personal training and other services are available upon request for additional fee. Bring slippers as we ask you keep outdoor shoes at the door. No parties or events.

The house is a two level home with separate entrance for the lower level and shared parking in the drive and plenty of street parking. The lower level apartment is over 1500 square feet and includes a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, a living room, and outdoor patio. The gym and garage gym are a shared space on the lower level with access coordinated with owner. The upper floor is the owners private residence.
The ceilings in the lower level are 9ft and there is natural light in all the rooms. The heating and AC have industrial UVC light for sanitization. UVC is known to kill COVID-19 and other viruses and bacteria.
The back yard is also a shared space with an outdoor table and chairs for dining, a deck and fire pit. The house is located in short walking distance to bike and walking paths and a nature preserve and park.
