This new house is a Golden Gem. With almost 7,000 square feet of space on the upper lot two levels you will feel like you are in a palace. There is a a beautiful, new Steinway & Sons Grand Piano for those who love to play. The entire house can sleep 27 people. On the upper level, It sleeps 12 people and there is a a Victorian toddler bed that they can sleep in. In the basement, level, there are 3 additional bedrooms and a loft room.. The Basement level sleeps 13.

You will have access to a very high speed internet. Large 60 inch HD televisions with 365 channels cable including HBO and the premium movie channels. You have 2 washers/dryer. There is an exercise bike. You will not have to buy a thing! Fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, linens, towels, etc. Just bring your suitcase!

The location is amazing!. It is less than a quarter of a mile to the 495 beltway. 5 minutes to get on to Route I66. 7 minutes to get on I395. There is a Bus stop 200 feet away.

1. The Suite Master bedroom is a HUGE and comes with its own huge Designer bathroom with double sinks, a beautiful Jacuzzi tub, a Huge shower area. The Master suite has a King size bed and within the suite there is also a sofa bed with a great memory foam mattress. The room also has its own 50 inch HD Television.

2. This other Room Suite has a Queen bed with its full own private bathroom as well with shower/tub.. There is a 35 " HDTV as well

3. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed. We call it the "Romantic Room".

4. This 2nd Master Bedroom has a king Bed and also a bunk bed. It has a Bay view widows and has lots of space So a total of 4 people can sleep there. The Room has a 40 inch HDTV

NOTE:
Absolutely No drugs or smoking is allowed. If either smoking or drugs are discovered, the entire security deposit will not be returned. No parties allowed.
We do require a minimum of 3 nights for weekend reservations. For Holidays or special occasions we require a 4 night minimum. Thanksgiving we do require 5 nights.
If there have more than 18 guests in the group , there is a $35 fee per night per guest (which does not include taxes) regardless of they sleep at the property or are visiting
There are security cameras in front of the house for security and checkin.

- "We had plenty of room. Text with owner is best communication. We like the alarm and ability to each come and go. We wanted to use the hot tub but we ran out of time. Kitchen area and table was the main hang out but oh the basement was great! It can hold more people. We were in town for a wedding and so the full bathrooms helped all get ready when sharing. Beds were comfy. Some were tall. Extra beds in some rooms would help large families. There are plenty of couches and some seemed to be sofa sleepers. Good water pressure in showers and no one had a cold one. The two washers and dryers were great. We had 12 people but plenty of room for double that amount. Kitchen was fully equipped. I couldn’t find a normal toaster but there was a toaster oven. I honestly did not spend time downstairs but the others loved that area. A whole house down there to hang out."

Drive into DC and back is pretty easy, especially outside of rush hours. It's really convenient. Park and ride is near for the Metro too."

We are a gorgeous 3 level town house located in the heart of Annandale. Each of our SIX bedrooms have a separate bed; 5 queen beds and a king size bed in our master bedroom. We provide 2 free parking spaces in the driveway, as well as ample street parking.
We are 4.6 miles (15 minutes) for the Dunn Loring Metro Station and 6.2 miles from (17 minutes) from the Franconia-Springfield Metro station. There are also 2 free driveway parking spaces available as well as street parking.

- "This house is a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends. It does sleep 12 and comfortably. It has beautiful rooms and supplied very well for all (towels, sheets/blankets, soap, even shampoo/conditioner). The open kitchen into the living room is ideal for gathering and conversation, the front sitting room with dining table is also a great area to gather. The downstairs rooms allow for the perfect split if you have 2-3 families sharing the space (it has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, kitchen, living room and is downstairs as you enter the house. The kids loved (and were occupied) by the games in the garage. The location is perfect as you're just about 20 minutes from downtown DC, Arlington National cemetery, Alexandria, and then a little further to Mount Vernon or some other amazing bits of history. It felt great to come back each evening to a peaceful, beautiful, and safe place."
