Enjoy the beach and everything it has to offer from our lovely Sea Colony condo. Rented only recently, it was our private getaway for years. After upgrading both baths, kitchen, floors, and HVAC, we decided to move to Delaware and retire in a larger home in the area.

That means our beautiful first-floor place is yours to enjoy: Sleeps 4-6 in two bedrooms (primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds) plus a queen sleeper sofa, new walk-in tiled showers with glass doors (no bathtub), dishwasher, cooktop, microwave/convection oven, and a large private deck overlooking Sea Colony's Swan Pond. Freshly painted in 2024.

Sea Colony's world-class tennis center (over 30 indoor/outdoor courts including dedicated pickleball courts) is across the street. Walk to 12 pools, playgrounds, Fitness Center (basketball, indoor lap pool, machines, fitness classes) and Sea Colony's private half-mile beach. Or take the shuttle (in season) to the beach. Enjoy biking, walking trails, and fishing. At night, there are great sunsets and a variety of local restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream shops. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD, are close by. Or, stay in, watch the 55-inch TV and relax on the deck. The location provides a quiet retreat, while being close and convenient to the action.

We’re on the ground level of a two-story building. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a deluxe beverage center that was installed where the conventional oven used to be. Our lifeguards are award winning professionals. In the summer, umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rent on the beach with personal set-up, or you can bring your own.

SEA COLONY COMPLEX: The Sea Colony Resort has a wide range of amenities including 24 hour security, beautiful landscaping, 12 pools (two indoor pools with hot tubs and sauna, open all year),and the brand new Freeman Fitness Center with fully equipped workout rooms and a variety of fitness classes. There is also a second fitness center on the ocean side.
The Sea Colony Tennis Program is rated among the top in the nation and was rated 19th in the world by Tennis Resorts. It has 34 well lit courts plus eight indoor courts in the new tennis complex. Try one of the excellent restaurants, stroll the boardwalk, and play mini-golf. Sample the best fudge around and enjoy beach treats to your heart's content. Maureen's Ice Cream Parlor is one of our favorites. Also, we post a list of recommended restaurants in the condo with our personal evaluation. The independent bookstore in town has great mysteries and lots of local authors. The bandstand on the boardwalk has entertainment throughout the summer. If you like to shop, there are lots of nice shops.
It is a true family atmosphere.

LOCAL ADVENTURES: For those who like to explore, Delaware Sea Shore State Park is 5 minutes to the south. If you keep south another 15 minutes, you will find Ocean City MD with a full array of vacation activities, attractions, dining and night life.
If you head north about 25 minutes, you will find Rehoboth Beach which has a flavor of its own. The Rehoboth Outlets have unending shops with tax free purchasing for those who love to shop.
Also the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a great trip to the iconic Cape May New Jersey, but it is a full day's trip and you probably won't want to leave your perfect spot for that long.

NEW INTERIOR in 2024 and new deck and exterior in 2017! Flip Flop Fun is a charming comfy 2 bedroom condo only 3 houses from the beach. Relax on the new deck or take a stroll on the private Tower Shores beach. We’re on the first level of the Green Dolphin, west side (left). Clean, comfortable, and well maintained, our unit is one of 4 in the Green Dolphin. The full kitchen is bright and airy with a breakfast bar that accommodates six, and a completely stocked kitchen. The family room is spacious and cozy with a queen sleep sofa.. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins.

The screened in porch is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, and 6 chairs with bay views. We have a new ceiling fan in the screened in porch. There is an outside shower and footwash. Parking is available under the unit and in front; 2 car limit. Matt's Fish Camp is at the end of the street (very convenient) serving lunch and dinner, with carry-out!

The Green Dolphin is only 3 houses from the beach providing convenient and quick access to the private beach. The Tower Shores location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Delaware Seashore State Park is located on the north side and adjacent to our beach, for fishing and long walks. The bay side access is only 5 minutes north off of Rt. 1 for kayak, canoe, or sail boat launching. There is a walking, biking, running lane located on both sides of Rt. 1 from Bethany to Rehoboth. There are a wide variety of activities for adults and kids just a few minutes away either in Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City Maryland.

Plenty of grocery options, within 15 min. and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping in Rehoboth, and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!

Gorgeous updated rental with amazing beach views! Sea Colony East Resort Oceanfront Bethany Beach. This listing is for a 2 Bedroom plus Den unit in the Georgetown building in Sea Colony East. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled completely in 2016. This unit has a beautiful view shown in photos. One King bed, a bunk bed, twin bed and a trundle bed with two twins. We have the best parking spot in the Georgetown House. Right in front of the main entrance! Come experience all the amenities the Sea Colony has to offer from the numerous swimming pools to the world class tennis and daily family/children's activities such as weekly bonfires and junior lifeguard classes. As well as a Smart TV and fabulous WIFI for chilling out in the condo.

North Bethany Beach is fondly referred to as 'the quiet resort'. Bethany Beach is close to all the action of Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches and the Ocean City attractions, but without the crowds and congestion. The Tower Shores Community boasts some of the cleanest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the Indian River Inlet and Delaware State Park. Plenty of fishing and water activities nearby.

WALK TO THE BEACH! It's a short walk from the apartment to the dunes crossover. You can leave your blankets, chairs and sand toys at the beach during the day and walk back to the apartment to make lunch, take a break and grab a cold beer!

The location is one you will want to return to again and again. Great restaurants within a short drive, and Matt's Fish Camp (casual upscale seafood restaurant within walking distance) receives rave reviews!

Family friendly unit in a family friendly location. Or spend a quiet romantic week with your loved one. Condo unit is on the second floor of a two story garden-type apartment building that houses only eight units.

PLEASE NOTE: Stairs only, there is no elevator to the second floor. Also, there is no washer/dryer. The nearest laundromat is 2 miles away. The Tower Shores Beach DOES NOT HAVE LIFE GUARDS. Guests provide their own sheets and towels. NO PETS.

The building has been renovated with new siding, an updated outdoor shower and other improvements! The condo has an expanded bathroom, bamboo hardwood floors, recessed lighting, drywall, paint, crown molding & trim and updated kitchen! Granite counter tops, cabinets and appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal)! Central AC and heat, quiet and cool.
