Upon entering, you can either walk into the huge, fully equipped eat-in kitchen which includes all the appliances, kitchenware and accessories you'll need, or continue down the hall into the 'flip-flop' decor of the second bedroom (which includes a queen and a twin bed, a TV & DVD player). A full bathroom is next door with a full-sized washer/dryer in the adjacent room; these areas separate the second bedroom from the master suite, providing privacy for both areas.

Further down the hall, you'll enter the large, open dining area which adjoins the inviting and colorful family room. - "This apartment is lovely. The furnishings, the location, the supplied kitchen tools are all top notch. 1404 is super comfortable and beds have spectacular mattresses. Dining tables in the family room and kitchen are a nice touch. The views from front and rear patios are wonderful, with plenty of marsh birds and deer on display. Our family loved it, and Daisy Mae (our fur baby) didn’t want to leave, she made so many friends and loved the little beach out back. We’ll be back."

The condo features a quiet water view of the pond, visible from the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, and porch. You'll observe various wildlife anywhere in the condo morning, noon, and night. The unit is completely up-to-date, including full cable and streaming smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The coffee pot is both K-cup and drip.



The flexible bedding for six people includes a queen and a single futon in the rear primary bedroom, as well as a queen and single twin in the front bedroom. Spread out in this large bay front condo. Large living and dining room area that leads out to a sun room. Nice size kitchen with the laundry room attached. The master suite is large with a huge walk in closet, attached full bathroom, desk and King bed. The 2nd bedroom had a bunk bed. The bottom is a double, top is a twin and the trundle is a twin. The other full bathroom is right outside this bedroom.
Guest access
The guest have access to the entire condo and the pool during the summer season that runs Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are 6 pool passes with the space.
