This home is located in the North Gate and is excellent for Children as it is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Two Levels and over 1000 square foot of decking allows both sun and shade through out the day. You also you may use the 2 car garage for your cars, motorcycles, etc... Bring your boat we have plenty of room in the driveway and the ocean pines ramp is less than a mile away...

Master Loft bedroom is located upstairs. The guest bedroom is located downstairs....

All dishware, cooking supplies, household cleaners, are included. We do not provide linens, however We do provide comforters, extra blankets, bath and beach towels, and bed pillows.

The resort of Ocean Pines offers several swimming pools ( 1 indoor) , golf,a private beach club,a boat ramp, a crabbing pier,several nature trails, fishing ponds, several parks, and so much more. Please visit their website for more details.

Your own private pool and hot tub is located in your own fenced back yard. The lower deck is also completely fenced as well.

Depending on the weather, We open the pool early May and we close the pool in September. Chemicals and pool cleaning items are provided. The hot tub is open year round.

Ocean City is only 5 miles away via Route 90.

This home is located in the north gate of Ocean Pines. It offers quick access to Route 90 and Ocean City. (Approximately 5 Miles)

- "I’m not sure where to start. The Recovery Room is a cozy little house, perfect for a “home base” as it’s close to everything. A few minutes from very dog-friendly Berlin, MD with quaint shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as Assateague beach (pay the extra for the OSV permit — totally worth it! But I digress) and Ocean City. The Recovery Room is neat, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. Nice walking trails nearby. We didn’t use the bikes, but there was a nice array for humans of various sizes. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough good things about our hosts and their lovely property. I do feel compelled to make one important note for parents of itty bitty furbabies. The yard and porch are fenced in, with 3” spaces between the fence pickets. I didn’t immediately realize that my 7 lb Chih mix could squeeze between them. It was not a big deal and I just needed to keep a closer eye on Her Royal Fuzzybutt. Did not detract from the overall experience at all. Thank you, Tim and Cheri, for the most relaxing vacation I’ve had in years. Hope to visit again soon!"

- "A safe, fun neighborhood less than 30 minutes from downtown Ocean City. The beds were comfortable, the TV was enormous, the kitchen was new and clean and provided everything one would need. Even nice neighbors to chat with when we came & went, and a security guard who provided a GREAT recommendation for where to get get a good gluten-free meal. - "The home was clean and comfortable. The host made sure we has plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. They had soap and dish detergent and even laundry detergent for us to wash our stuff. Soft towels clean sheet and the place smelled great. There was a bbq out back everything you would need. Would stay there again" - "The place looked like the photos. Compact but well laid out and clean - a great two bedroom and 1.5 bath place. The sun room was a little musty until we aired it out but we didn't need/use it since the main living room was comfortable enough for all of us. A helpful entry area kept our beach stuff contained. Dog friendly, including a fenced deck so dogs could step outside but stay contained. Would stay there again. Pretty, wooded neighborhood. "

The living room is the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing afternoon of book reading or evening downtime. The 2nd level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view of the water was beautiful at any time of day. Our pups quickly felt right at home and the kids enjoyed having their own floor!
