- "The home was very clean, decorated cute and Beachy. The outdoor sunroom was a very relaxing spot. Overall comfortable seating and sleeping. Close to all the beaches and lots of conveniences for food, groceries and gas. Just an all around nice place to stay after a day on the beach." - "We stayed at Mallard lakes multiple times in various units. This was the worst for us due to the very limited amount of house amenities. One working tv, limited kitchen supplies and bad wifi. I cook most meals for our family and it was good I bought extra kitchen ware. If not I would have been screwed. The knives were so dull it was ashame. I know it was newly listed so it seemed to suffer where other properties have been active for while and it shows the difference. We will go back to Mallard Lakes just not this property as it is lacking for us but might be fine for a family who doesn’t cook or watch tv."

This bright and comfortably decorated Bayfront Cottage was renovated Feb. 2025. Owners keep this property updated and make improvements every year.

The two bedroom/two full bathroom cottage comes fully equipped for you to have a relaxing vacation or a great off season weekend getaway.The cottage will have all the conveniences you will need including bed linens, bath towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen,TV'S in the living room and both bedrooms along with free WIFI. Pets Fee is just $265 for your weekly vacation. So bring the four legged friends along with you. The fee covers 1 or 2 pets, no more then two pets allowed. If staying less then a week I will adjust the pet fee.

“Hummingbird Hideaway” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, canoes and more. These amenities are complimentary. (*The pool will be open memorial day through labor day.) *Dates TBD

Bedding for up to 8 people! King in master, full over full bunk bed with a single trundle in bedroom 2. Lastly, downstairs we have a Queen sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the bunk beds available for guests.

The bathroom has 2 large skylights that provide an abundance of natural light over the oversized soaking tub shower combination, a dual sink vanity and with upgraded shower hardware. The second bedroom contains a brand new full over full bunk bed with an additional single trundle.

Just off the new countertops sits a relaxing breakfast bar perfect for family filled conversations. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the needed items one is looking for; clean and current appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, complete knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Lastly, children's plates, bowls, cups and utensils.

Living/Dining Room
Plenty of room to comfortably sit and relax with lake views at every angle. There is complimentary access to Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney Plus all from the amazon fire-stick. During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $150 weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.

All day bus fair in Ocean city is $4 a person and runs from 6am till 3am starting May 26th and runs about every 20 mins. You can park at 146th street where the bus route starts and enjoy all day n night transportation and only have to commute 5 mins in your vehicle.

Plenty of dishes and cookware provided and of course a cabinet dedicated for all of your crab eating needs.

Password for front door entry will be provided 20 minutes prior to check in, list of instructions provided for wifi and what is expected before you leave, linen bags provided to place dirty linens in, dishwasher pod provided to load dishes and start before you leave (no extra dishes in the sink). Can advise what temp you would like house set to and can adjust prior to your arrival. A damage insurance payment will be added for every stay and will show up on final invoice once dates of stay are requested.

This full bathroom is well thought out and proudly eco-friendly with a “sink positive” type sink for hand washing. Also known as a Japanese sink 🎎, these sinks are popular in Asia for their ability to use fresh, clean water for hand washing and then recycle into the toilet. Water is used twice; space is saved and this method of water usage is super green for the earth. We think it’s genius, but make sure you like it too! The dual-functioning bathtub/ shower is the perfect size for younger children to enjoy a bubble bath, and adults can enjoy the shower. 1. This is a curated ranch stay. Overnight guests are required to choose one ranch activity when booking. Please let Shelley know in your message which activity you are choosing.

2. What should I bring? While the tiny house is well stocked, Shelley suggests bringing drinking water, a heavy blanket for each guest for fall/winter stays, baby carrots, and a bag of green beans to feed the goats, alpaca, turkeys, and pig. Herbie the bull loves for you to "baby talk" him while you toss whole apples over the fence to him! If you cooking indoors, bring your hot plate, instant pot, or crockpot. Nearby, there are various eateries like McD's, Dunkin, Pizza, Seafood, and Italian restaurants. If doing "Chores N' Tour with Shelley, bring closed-toe shoes like sneakers or boots. No flip-flops or sandals are allowed on animal experiences. Keep in mind this home sleeps 2 guests with an option to message Shelley to add a 3rd guest. We do not allow more than three (3) guests due to fire code.

3. Are pets allowed/ service animals? No, we do not allow any pets and are "service animal-exempt" due to safety issues with on-site livestock guardians. Thank you for leaving your animals at home while enjoying all 20+ of ours!

4. Can I walk around the ranch, unattended? Keep in mind we are a small ranch and while 1/2 of our property is open, the other 1/2 is livestock pastures and other Airbnb's. You cannot access the entire property for safety reasons and our livestock habitats. You can however, walk to the glampground, play at corn hole area or the new horseshoe pit.

5. Can I access all the animals? The tiny house has its own, barnyard of animals that consists of miniature goats in the front yard, a fuzzy alpaca, a red-haired pig, and a parading pair of turkeys in the side yard. To access the animal rescue part of the farm, opt for Chores N' Tour. Feed 20+ farm animals while learning about the history of the ranch. As a bonus, Shelley also tours any of the unoccupied rentals so you can plan your next stay!

6. What other Airbnbs are at the ranch? There is a tiny house, two bell tent yurts, mini-huts, and an entire Old West glampground at the ranch. YES! You can have friends and family rent the other units and make this a group experience. You can see all of our listings if you click our name (logo.)

7. What's the history of the ranch? The property was a horse rescue for two decades. Some students take horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and paint parties. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool sold yearly.

8. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests but not unknown people off the street.

9. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. You'll need to be picked up at the entrance gate, not at the tiny house. How about food delivery? Yes! Order Doordash or pizza delivery just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the tiny house.

10. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. All cleans are performed on time, keeping us on schedule for the next guest.

11. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone. We also have two FREE activities

12. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with nearby guardian livestock.

13. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside all of our rentals. The Swedish Cowboy space is located inside a barn and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited while inside the barn house or directly outside. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.)

14. How secure is the ranch? The property has outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch

The Creek Suite is a special place. Nicely decorated the suite has a beautiful relaxing Sun Room with an outstanding view of the creek and all the wildlife. Comfortable seating and a fire stick TV bedroom has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 3 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
