- "The home was very clean, decorated cute and Beachy. The outdoor sunroom was a very relaxing spot. Overall comfortable seating and sleeping. Close to all the beaches and lots of conveniences for food, groceries and gas. Just an all around nice place to stay after a day on the beach." - "We stayed at Mallard lakes multiple times in various units. This was the worst for us due to the very limited amount of house amenities. One working tv, limited kitchen supplies and bad wifi. I cook most meals for our family and it was good I bought extra kitchen ware. If not I would have been screwed. The knives were so dull it was ashame. I know it was newly listed so it seemed to suffer where other properties have been active for while and it shows the difference. We will go back to Mallard Lakes just not this property as it is lacking for us but might be fine for a family who doesn’t cook or watch tv."

“Hummingbird Hideaway” is a 2 BR 1.5 bath townhome that is clean, smoke free, and child friendly, 2 miles from the beach, and still waterfront in the highly sought out neighborhood of Mallard Lakes, which includes 2 pools, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, canoes and more. Bedding for up to 8 people! King in master, full over full bunk bed with a single trundle in bedroom 2. Lastly, downstairs we have a Queen sleeper sofa. Family friendly; pack n play, high chair, plastic wear, sound machine. With a new cleaning company this year to keep our high standards, their arrangement is king bed is made, and linens will be placed on the bunk beds available for guests.

The second bedroom contains a brand new full over full bunk bed with an additional single trundle.

Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the needed items one is looking for; clean and current appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, complete knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Plenty of room to comfortably sit and relax with lake views at every angle. There is complimentary access to Youtube TV, Netflix, Disney Plus all from the amazon fire-stick. During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $150 weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.

Walking distance of dunkin donuts, royal farm, McDonald's, liqour stores, grocery stores, golf course and bars/restaurants.

All day bus fair in Ocean city is $4 a person and runs from 6am till 3am starting May 26th and runs about every 20 mins. You can park at 146th street where the bus route starts and enjoy all day n night transportation and only have to commute 5 mins in your vehicle.

Plenty of dishes and cookware provided and of course a cabinet dedicated for all of your crab eating needs.

Password for front door entry will be provided 20 minutes prior to check in, list of instructions provided for wifi and what is expected before you leave, linen bags provided to place dirty linens in, dishwasher pod provided to load dishes and start before you leave (no extra dishes in the sink). Can advise what temp you would like house set to and can adjust prior to your arrival. A damage insurance payment will be added for every stay and will show up on final invoice once dates of stay are requested.
