There are two parking spots with this unit which require parking passes. Sea Colony offers guests over age 4 to purchase a recreation badge and a parking pass (per vehicle) when they check in. The recreation badge allows access to the private beach, all pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and other amenities in the community. If a person does not have a valid badge they will not be granted access to the amenities.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

- "This cottage property was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Bethany Beach. It was only a short drive from Bethany Beach proper, but with the wonderful added benefit of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. We drove to Bethany daily for different restaurants and visiting the boardwalk. It was also a nice property for our 7month and 2 year old - 1 floor/no steps, spacious living room area and enclosed porch were safe areas for the kids to play. Some items in the kitchen were a bit dated, but it was added character that we didn’t mind at all. New washer and dryer were a great asset to us! The property doesn’t have ‘baby’ gear but we used a local rental company to drop off and pick up for our stay and it worked great for us! We are already excited to plan a trip next year and if we return to Bethany we would absolutely stay here again."

For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse. Garage will need to be opened from inside the garage as code is not provided.

STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.

Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.

Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.
