- "This apartment is the top floor in downtown Herndon atop a hair salon. It was quite spacious for the two of us and the bathroom was to die for! The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were top-notch. Actually a little jealous because they were nicer than my apartment appliances. The king size bed was very comfortable. Parking is not provided but there are several free municipal lots nearby and we were always able to get a spot in front of the place. Nice farmers market on Thursday mornings. There are several quality restaurants with walking distance. Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern was a favorite. I would avoid Sullys Pourhouse. As a former resident of Herndon it was a hoot to visit old stomping grounds."

- "This is a wonderful property, with a kind and generous proprietor--strongly recommended for anyone visiting the Reston/Dulles Airport area or anywhere nearby. I think we might have been the first ever guests at this wonderful tiny house. It was utterly spotless and almost everything inside seemed new. It seemed like new construction, flawless. The place feels more like a large apartment than a little house, but maybe that’s because I haven’t got a lot of experience with little houses. There’s a sizable bedroom with a big closet, a big comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a stall shower, as well as an outdoor sitting area and access to the large, clean hot tub. The owner has thought of everything and then some. The design is modern and tasteful. The bed is a sleep number bed, which saved my back! The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are completely full of useful things, most of which you wouldn’t find in a hotel room. In addition to the usual dishes and pots and pans, there’s a Keurig coffee maker, complete with every variety of coffee you might want. There was a bowl of chocolates out on the counter and several things in the fridge (ice cream bars, carbonated apple juice, spring water, etc.), all available at no extra charge. There’s a washer and dryer in the bathroom, along with detergent and even spot remover. They, of course supplied us with bar and liquid soap, shampoo, etc. There were too many nice touches to list! Splendid place!"

- "Only stayed one night but it was a place I would return to for sure!!!" - "This property is the Sonesta Suites. We had two suites and in spite of being "non smoking" both smelled of cigarette smoke. When we complained the management never called back; we called them and they offered to do a deep clean which I knew would cover the smoke with chemicals. Fortunately we had strong air filers with us since we are displaced from our home. That made it tolerable. The space is small and there were only 2 shared washing machines for the entire property which is ridiculous. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen small. We also had a slow leak in the kitchen sink and they sent a handyman who couldn't fix it and that was it. Also, the day we arrived we walked through a plume of pot smoke near our exterior door. We tolerated our stay and were very happy to leave at the end of it. We felt overcharged for a very mediocre stay. "

Condo is located on a first floor of tree story townhouse. Townhouse has a two units in total and two separate entrances for every unit. The entrances to the condo is located on the backyard and has dedicated sidewalk that leads to the backyard gate.

Parking: We offer 1 parking space in the community (you will have to place the parking permit that is provided in the studio, on a rear view mirror).
In addition there is a street parking and a plaza parking in a close proximity from condo.

Accessibility: Once you arrive to the condo location please follow the white sidewalk to the backyard gate. The entrance is completely private as well as the backyard.
You can stop by the townhouse to unload at any time.

- "This was my second time in two weeks renting with pure voyage, facilitated by a rep named Jay. No idea what switched up or happened. The first stay earlier this month went well and fired on all cylinders… this time around not so much, I honestly wonder if it was even the same representative. The incongruence began with a lack of communication from the time of booking, until check in. Long story short I ended up checking in at 8pm after being “ghosted” by Jay and had to involve VRBO’s customer service reps to help get ahold of them. Jay then told me a parking pass should be in a cabinet in the kitchen, there wasn’t one there, only pool passes. I needed the temporary housing while being in town for an orientation at a nearby hospital and was virtually busy for 18-24hours at a time and Jay was sparingly communicative. I ultimately ended up being towed during my last night there, missed work to retrieve my vehicle, and when reported Jay just wanted to play a game of blaming, which"

- "The location was nice and had everything we needed (kitchen, towels, etc.). Unfortunately, the neighbors were very loud for several hours every day which, for a listing that emphasizes quiet, was disappointing. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were very worn and itchy. Basically everything looked lovely, but wasn't very high quality. While the property manager was extremely responsive to messages through VRBO, they also contacted us through a separate third party website requesting personal information including photos of ID and credit cards, which made us very uncomfortable. After some back and forth, they were able to pair down the request and we sent the requested information through VRBO instead of using an outside service. This was without a doubt the most complicated and time consuming interaction I have ever had with a host though. So all in all, it was a good basic accommodation."
