A short bike ride to the park entrance (or simply step outside). Close to historical sites such as Bull Run Battlefield, Wilderness & Mount Vernon to name a few.

The optimal number of guests is 3-4, but we can fit 5 if someone crashes on the sofa!
The space
The Suite is 900 square feet with a full kitchen, bath, dining room and large living room. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with memory foam beds, one full and one queen.
The kitchen has a plates, bowls, glasses, spices, wine opener and pots and pans so that you can cook as you wish.

There is a washer and dryer for your use for longer stays.

Enjoy 50 and 55" TCL LED TV's with Roku.
Guest access
The rest of the house is locked off so you'll have privacy in your space. There are three parking spots for your use. Please pull up right in front of the door to unload your belongings. Should you have a larger vehicle such as an RV please inquire as to parking availability for your stay.

On a nice day you can take ride in a private plane at Manassas Regional Airport only 4mins away.

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and they provided complimentary waters and orange juice as well! We were in town for a concert, so we did not spend the day in the rental, however, at night we had privacy and could really enjoy each others company. I wouldn’t say this is a complaint per se, but the sofa in the mains area did have a mouth ball type smell, which I do understand as it covers up odors very well and is a great way to keep the place smelling fresh. It’s just not a smell we liked or were expecting. Even with that, I would absolutely stay again and if you are in that area and are looking for a solid rental, this would be the one. The neighborhood was really nice safe and secure as well. We parked on the street and did not have to worry about our vehicle at all. I cannot recommend them more!"

- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout and our cleaners` schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident.The cameras are only placed outside.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.

Beautifully decorated and recently renovated main level apartment in the heart of Historic Manassas which includes a cozy bedroom, open concept living area, new kitchen appliances and beautiful brand new farmhouse sink.

History of property:
This apartment building use to be an outbuilding home that sat on the Annaburg Manor Plantation in Manassas owned by Robert Portner in the late 19th century. It was moved to its current location on East Street which has now been subdivide into apartment living and short term stays.

The Space:
You have two independent entrances.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, basic spices, coffee and tea. A fire extinguisher can be found under the sink.
The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with toiletries stocked in the shower. All towels are provided. A small travel blowdryer is available in the bathroom vanity drawer. A first aide kit is also available.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and all linens are provided. You will also find hangers in the closet.

Location:
A couple of blocks from pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, and VRE. We are located near many popular Northern Virginia destinations: Manassas Battlefield 8.6 miles (has over 40 miles of hiking trails) Jiffy Lube Live 7.2 Hylton Performing Arts Center 4 miles, George Mason Manassas Campus 4 miles, Washington D.C 34.7 miles Dulles Airport 18 miles

We have many local wineries and breweries throughout Northern Virginia, 2 Silos/Farm Brew Live is 4.2 Miles.

Parking: Surface parking in spot 1 (1 Vehicle) 240 outlet available onsite.

Other things to note:
~The laundry is a shared stackable unit in the foyer area of the apartment building. We do have laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets stored in a kitchen cabinet for your convenience.
~There is a tenant above, but they are quiet.
~Professionally cleaned after each stay.

PRIVATE, FAST fios wifi. Ceiling fans, windows. No one lives above, below or next to you, completely private space. Stand up shower in full bath. Small porch with two chairs/table, and gas grill that overlooks the private wooded backyard. Kitchen has dishwasher, oven, microwave, double sink, basic coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, crock pot, blender, oven pans and more.

The apartment has linens, pillows, bath towels, blankets/throws, trash bags, dish soap, spices for cooking, dishes and basic cooking pans, crock pot, trash bags, books, TV's, cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, 1 roll of toilet paper/paper towels to get you started. Gas for grill is the tenants responsibility to fill.

Guests need to provide their own toiletries and personal items. Guests need to provide laundry detergent, foils, clear wraps, zip lock items, baking necessities, oils, blenders. Occasionally, previous guests leave items they have purchased for their stay, you are welcome to use those items.
