The Space
This studio provides a private retreat that will recharge anyone's batteries! The space is separate from the main house and does not have any shared/common areas. Just outside the door there is a patio overlooking the nature trail. It has a separate entrance on the ground level and a separate fenced yard with a gate and path to the ample free street parking. The studio has its own fridge, microwave, sink, and beverage station including a Keurig. There is free FIOS WIFI, a TV with Roku and HDMI hookup plus a comfy sofa that folds down to a second bed. The work space housing a large desk with comfy chair that are behind doors when not in use means you can be as productive (or as unproductive!) as you'd like.

Ride sharing services are plentiful here too, if you'd prefer to hitch a ride! Parking is abundant for those who come with their own vehicle.

We are big lovers of animals and will consider pets on a case by case basis. The guest studio has its own fully fenced section of yard right outside the private entrance. We have sectioned off the fenced yard so that your dog can play outside without entering the main house's yard area.
