The bed looked cheap and uncomfortable. -I tried calling and texting the owner (pictures included). NO RESPONSE! His assistant responded to my text and told me to contact the on-site property manager. He came and acknowledged the conditions mentioned above but could not remedy the situation. He too tried to contact the owner and his assistant but got no response. -Desperately, I texted the owner that he needed to find other accommodations and received no response. Later, when talking to Expedia, his claim was that the situation had been handled that night; it wasn't since he had not responded to anyone's calls/texts. I was forced to find other accommodations for my grandchildren and me. Awful experience with owner and Expedia. "

Expedia was awesome and got my money back, but it was really frustrating to deal bwith while traveling. I would not recommend anything that is managed by Chase properties in Baltimore."
