The Carriage House at Belle Grove has been renovated and updated and offers its guests tree filled views.This unique place has a retreat like style all its own. With plenty of free, private and off street parking, guests will enjoy two unique bathrooms, the master bath is showered with ambiance from its chandelier and claw foot soaking tub. Two well appointed bedrooms, both with closets; a Master with a very comfortable queen sized bed and a guest bedroom with an equally comfortable full sized bed. There's a desk ready for you to plug in to our high speed internet connection. A kitchen with gas range, plenty of counter space, farm house sink and is busting at the seams with coffee makers, cooking supplies, dishes and glasses for any occasion. Enjoy your morning coffee or meals sitting outside in the quaint sitting area by the front door. The Carriage House comes complete with a washer and dryer for our guest laundering needs. Sink into the sofa (also a pull out sleeper for 2!) and watch your favorite shows on Netflix or other platforms... complimentary!

Nestled at the end of the cul-de-sac, on 1 acre of tree-filled views, guests are within a few minutes drive to so many local eateries, BWI International Airport, main highways leading directly into the Washington D.C. Area or ventures north in to Pennsylvania. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. Just a few minutes jaunt to Patapsaco state park, Catonsville Community College, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Ellicott City.

Hiking! Biking! and Trails! Oh My!

Close to some really spectacular walking trails, we should mention the historic Trolly Trails now turned into beautiful walking paths that span for several miles through Catonsville. You may feel like you are far away and tucked in paradise, but guests are a short drive to all major highways, international airports, all the local colleges and event centers.. from D.C. to Baltimore and everywhere in between, the car ride is short.

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

The space
We are close to thenational aquarium in Baltimore and also the Baltimore Harbour a few miles down the road you can catch a train to go all the way into bottom or if you do not want to drive. We are also close to Annapolis the Harbour with great dining and festivals

Guest access
As of now we do have plenty of parking my wishes for later on if this works out to get a fenced in area and have a little yard for when people bring their fur babies they can open the door and let the babies run

Other things to note
You may bring up to two pets but I need advance notice. Message me before booking. Pets are not to be left alone in the cottage unless in a crate. if you need one and I do have a large one. Before you reserve, I will need a message from you with your name and your pets name stating “I take full responsibility for my pet(s) and any damage they may cause”.

There is a heating unit but I also have a Pellet stove. If you decide to use the pellet stove, I do have to come in and clean it after every use which usually after every bag of pellets.
