She comped our incidental charges, her way of making ammends. That was very considerate of her. She realized that we were inconvenienced but repairing the AC is too late as we were already checking out. Because of this small gesture of acknowledgment, apology, and giving back some unexpected remuneration, I thought to forgive the AC inconvenience and pondered to return again when I'm in Baltimore. They made our family feel special. "

- "The Ivy is truly a hidden gem. This was our third stay- the second with our dog. Every time, the service is absolutely impeccable. The amenities are one-of-a-kind, including for dogs! The room and common areas were all very clean and well maintained and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The Dashery was also welcomed for getting a lite bite. The only downside was there was only an outlet on one side of the bed, and really only one open plug for the room, but this was only a minor inconvenience.
