She comped our incidental charges, her way of making ammends. That was very considerate of her. She realized that we were inconvenienced but repairing the AC is too late as we were already checking out. Because of this small gesture of acknowledgment, apology, and giving back some unexpected remuneration, I thought to forgive the AC inconvenience and pondered to return again when I'm in Baltimore. They made our family feel special. "

- "The Ivy is truly a hidden gem. This was our third stay- the second with our dog. Every time, the service is absolutely impeccable. The amenities are one-of-a-kind, including for dogs! The convenience of either having dinner at the phenomenal restaurant right downstairs, walking to a place nearby, or being driven nearby makes things so easy.
