He too tried to contact the owner and his assistant but got no response. -Desperately, I texted the owner that he needed to find other accommodations and received no response. Later, when talking to Expedia, his claim was that the situation had been handled that night; it wasn't since he had not responded to anyone's calls/texts. I was forced to find other accommodations for my grandchildren and me. Awful experience with owner and Expedia. "

Expedia was awesome and got my money back, but it was really frustrating to deal bwith while traveling. I would not recommend anything that is managed by Chase properties in Baltimore."
