Desperate for clarity, I called the headquarters, only to be rerouted to a Medicare hotline and various dead ends. Eventually, I discovered this wasn't Global Luxury Suites, but Skymark. The billing department insisted on the credit card photos for a "3D secure" form, threatening to withhold check-in instructions. This form offered no security assurance, and my card had already been charged in full! This experience was marred by mismanagement and shady practices. The beautiful property couldn't overshadow the incompetence behind the scenes. Be cautious if you book here."

- "Location, location, location! So close to everything you would need in a getaway with family. Just a short 20 min drive to Great Falls National Park where we explored and went for a beautiful hike. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Generally when we stay at a property we do like to cook/eat in. While their were cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, the apartment lacked some basics kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, general selection of spices, etc. not a deal breaker, but it would have definitely been a nice to have. Coffee in the unit was not ideal (and only one coffee packet for the pot). A keurig would have been ideal. However, they did have a free self service FABULOUS coffee station on the first floor - game changer!! We had our 7 and 8 yo grandsons with us so the game room was awesome and gave us some quality time and a bit of inside activity during our stay. Parking was free after 5p daily and on the weekends☺️ The check out instructions were somewhat confusing instructions said to leave the key in unit and lock the door if you can😳 (can’t lock door and leave key behind in the unit)🤣 the elevator is fob only access- So we left key in unlocked unit only AFTER the concierge let us know that the elevator will take you to the first floor without a key fob. This is a 5 STAR property and we will definitely stay again!"

The Parking Garage allows you to drive up to the 6th floor, meaning you can drive up to your level and walk into the building that way.

An access card accesses the Garage. You'll need to have an access card & permit to enter. Please ensure your permit is visible - the tow trucks do frequent the garage!!

- "We have stayed here before. Each time, the property feels more comfortable. Residents and other guests are very pet friendly/tolerant. Amazing commons areas. Very secure.The apartments have all been well maintained and the hosts offer nice amenities. We'll stay again. I wish they would not ask for copies of drivers licenses. This makes the online process clumsy especially if you use a computer and not a mobile device. I understand that they need some proof of identity but sharing online is risky for the guest and a big liability for the host."

- "Our family stayed in this two bedroom/two bath apartment while we visited family and explored DC. The apartment was clean and well stocked, it had one king bedroom and another with two twins which was perfect for our family. We could easily walk all over Reston Town Center and the drive to a metro stop with parking was less than 10 minutes. Bushra, the representative we worked with, was attentive and very responsive. She even left a gift bag outside our room with treats and snacks for the kids. We felt so welcome and cared for, absolutely will stay here again next time we’re in the area."

An access card accesses the Garage. You'll need to have an access card & permit to enter. Please ensure your permit is visible - the tow trucks do frequent the garage!!

This furnished room has a queen sized bed, three windows facing South, a desk, chest of drawers, nightstand and mirror and is well lit with two lamps on facing sides. The bathroom is just outside and shared. It is very large and spacious at 150 sq ft, plenty of room to stretch in! Over 1/3 larger than our smallest room. The windows overlook a quiet street (cul de sac) filled with well-kept homes. The two closets offer ample space for your luggage and clothes.
