The separate entrance has a coded entry. Off-street parking is available in the driveway. I live upstairs; there is a locked door between the units. I am available for neighborhood information or any challenges. Easy walk to public trans (0.7 mile to metro) and a robust array of markets, dining & shopping options. Two sump pumps run when raining - the upside is it can sound like sleeping near a brook. The ceiling is a reasonable height but be mindful if over 6'.
Note: It's not great if one has mobility issues.
