- "This house was very nice and clean. Everything was accessible and not hard to find. I thought it was going to be small and a little cramp as far as space wise, but it was actually very spacious. Pretty easy contact with the host. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!" - "Access to this property was NOT easy as stated in the advertisement. Instructions were NOT clear. There was a cumbersome obstacle course to even get to the unit. Communication with the host was terrible. I did not receive check in instructions before calling the host as VRBO encouraged. I was told by VRBO this was a third party host. We could NOT park our F-150 truck in the assigned “free parking” because the spot was too small in the parking garage. The host begged us to at least get the key (part of the obstacle course) and look at the property. We parked in an unauthorized place and got to the unit, immediately noticing greasy spots on the counter in the kitchen, and bird droppings all over the outside terrace. The toilets and beds were lower than standard height. In no way was this close to being ADA compliant for my 84-year old father’s use. We called host right back and stated again how anxiety and stress-riddled we were from trying to access this property - told them we could not spend our vacation here. We immediately left, back-tracked through the obstacle course to put the key back in a lock box on the fence. VRBO has been impossible to communicate with on our experience. We had to find a hotel to spend our vacation in, this was the worst experience we have ever had."

The space is in a prime location of Lakeridge, Virginia. This space is designed by Hugo and has access to a stocked kitchen. Our space is designed to make it perfect for travel nurses, government contractors, solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples.

The terrific space has LG 4K smart TV which is already mounted. The smart TV has access to subscriptions like Netflix and others. Brand new LG stainless steel appliances. New full size LG washer and dryer. This amazing space has a sliding glass door leading to a beautiful patio and fully fenced-in backyard which also leads to the parking lot.

-There is one assigned parking space, but there are guests parking across the street.

- "We arrived to find there was no heat in the rental. I contacted the host who informed me someone was there earlier and to hold on. I had to contact her again asking for an update,a half an hour later. We were then informed they would have someone out in the morning. The house was freezing. I informed the host the morning was not acceptable, especially considering it was winter. I also informed the host we were not provided with any wifi information, the toilet looked like someone had diarrhea in it, and the over had dirty greasy silicone baking sheets in it. We had also noticed on the way out the fire alarm in the kitchen was hanging. From the ceiling by its wires. We ended up having to get a hotel that night and for the remainder of the trip. We were told we would be fully refunded but have not seen the credit with our bank as of yet"

- No parties allowed. There is a noise meter at the property. Any noise alert after the first will results in a $250 fine per occurrence. Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in $500 fine. If the police is called to the home, there is a $2,000- $5,000 fine and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately.

Additional cleaning fees:
- At the sole discretion of the host, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be incurred if additional clean- up is required that surpasses the standard cleaning process.

Check-in:
Check- in time is 4:00pm. In VERY rare cases it might take our housekeeper a little longer due to the last guests cleaning issues. We want to ensure that you have a clean and pleasant stay. We appreciate your patience in advance.

Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00am. Please dispose of all trash throughout the property, gather dirty dishes, fill and start the dishwasher, close doors/windows, put all dirty linen in the laundry area.

Damage payments:
- Any damage to property or furnishings that exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and in addition to being reported to Airbnb.

I have a cleaning person come through the house every other week to clean the common areas in the house. Guests, if they choose, may have the cleaning person clean through their rooms while present.

This is a very nice room on the 2nd floor of a large house which is located in the nice small quiet cul-de-sac in front of beautiful Neabsco Creek. It is close to many different bases and very close to the I-95 entrance while it is located in a very quiet neighborhood which is very close to a Marina, Leesylvania state park and many nature walks. It is very nice for people who love to fish or enjoy marine sports.

Houses 1 person. This room has a single bed, a book case, a large desk, a chest of drawers, and a closet. It has 1 large windows to see the Neabsco creek in back of the house. The floor is carpeted. You have access to the entire 1st floor of the house to include but not limited to a TV, a refrigerator, a kitchen, a washer and a dryer, and work-out machines.

During your stay
All the things on the 1st floor such as TV, refrigerator, kitchen (cooking pans and pots, utensils and plates etc.), living room, and work-out machines, washer, dryer on the 1st floor.

Other things to note
I have a cat that live in my master bedroom. It won’t go any other part of the house.

I come from Japan. If you don’t mind, I’d prefer it if you can take off your shoes at the entrance (this is only applicable to the 1st and 2nd floor where carpeted).

I provide the basic personal amenities as many people have their own favorite things to use. Please bring conditioners or any personal items that you use day to day.

I work for the Department of Defense and have an access to many discount tickets. The list is provided to you along with all the tour information booklets.
