And... when we left later that morning, we realized we had left jewelry behind, and when we called, they actually found it, and mailed it to us, so they were very honest too, which I appreciated. We have left behind things in other hotels and "no one saw anything", so we really appreciated that. They have sherry & port for sampling/tasting all evening, and have a nice tea time around 4 pm, with coffee, tea, and cookies. We really enjoyed our 2 nights, and will be back again. Walking distance to shopping (washington mall?), a number of restaurants, and we walked down to the beach/boardwalk, probably about 10 minutes away as well. Saturday afternoon we ended up walking into Carney's, across from the water, and stayed for hours due to happy hour specials & had a great time, for less :-) Live music, $5 crushes, mistakes may have been made. Our vacation cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There is an outdoor shower and large fenced-in yard. There is 1 queen and 2 full size bunk beds. Furniture, beds, wall A/C's, hot water heater and smart TV with Amazon fire stick are updated. Property is on a quiet street in historic Townbank, which is the most desirable part of North Cape May. The end of my block backs up to the Cape May Wildlife Area which makes it much less populated than other streets. There is very little traffic and is extremely quiet. It's a 1 1/2 block walk to the Delaware Bay beach where you will see the most amazing sunsets, be able to walk your dog, fish off the jetty or just relax on the uncrowded beach. It’s a short drive to the wineries, Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. There are some really great dining spots that fit all budgets in North Cape May if you want to stay local.

Restaurants are newr by and the suggestions from Sandra was really helpfull. We went to Exist 0, Ugly Mug and Hit dog Tommy, really great choice. You have an Acme near the house. Be careful, linens and towels are not included in the stay. The tag for the beach was a great and cool surprise for us. I recommend it for sure !!"

Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home was completely renovated! It features an open porch with wicker furniture, two bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Xfinity wifi throughout, a flat-panel TV with DVD and digital cable in the living room, and a flat-panel TV and digital cable in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a yard in front and on the side, off-street parking, a patio with patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean. For larger parties, ask about renting this and another one of our neighboring properties - we have three 2-bedroom homes right next to each other!

When you enter the house, you are welcomed by cathedral ceilings and a open living room/kitchen area. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, that doubles as a queen size sleeper, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. The second bedroom includes two full size beds. There is a newly renovated hall bath and brand new washer and dryer. We can recommend a service for towels and linens as we do not provide them. All towels and linens are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Lucky Bones, C-View Inn, Wawa and the scenic harbor, as well as the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.

Lighting is also enhanced with two skylights that brings the late morning sun into the house. Take your shoes off and relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs. Connect your music (i.e. Spotify, Apple) with the stereo sounds of the Sonos speakers. Enjoy the relaxing air with the two Casablanca style ceiling fans in the living room.

The large kitchen is equipped with double door stainless steel refrigerator with bottom freezer along with other modern appliances. The marble counter top and subway tiles just adds to your vacation experience.

Enjoy the afternoon sunlight thru the triple French doors that extends to an oversized deck and a private fenced-in backyard. You will surely notice that the outdoors is just another extension of the living space inside. Relax and enjoy your coffee or wine on the outdoor dining table or maybe the beautiful white Adirondack chairs. The large deck is equipped with a cantilever umbrella to provide shade to the conversation for you and your company. If you prefer a little shade and quiet from the rest of the company, sneak to the seating area on the covered patio at the front of the house. Complete with an overhead ceiling fan, it’s a lovely outdoor location to relax, play games, or read.

Listen to the seagulls in the distance and the faint sound from the horn of the Cape May-Lewes Ferry as it approaches the dock.

But let’s not forget, you also picked Bayside Cottage for its convenience to the beach. Just four short blocks to the beach. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon to cart all your goods for a day at the beach.

When you come back to your vacation home, wash the sand away at the outdoor shower before going inside. Relax with a glass of wine or beer on the Adirondack chairs or even take a nap on the hammock under the maple tree. But don’t nap too long, because you have to walk to the beach later to watch the amazing sunsets or go to Harpoon Harry for an amazing sunset dinner.

But remember, you are on vacation!! You will surely enjoy all of the amenities of the house, proximity to the beach, the quietness of the neighborhood and the pure simpleness of the way a vacation should be.

Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

The space
All linens and towels are provided, washer and dryer are available for stays longer then 7 days upon request. Owners are next door and happy to help with anything we can, restaurant recommendations, directions, activities, beach tags, etc.

Apartment is walking distance to Historic Cold Spring Village & Brewery. One righthand turn off of Cox Lane and it is a straight drive to the Cape May Beachfront, which is only 3.8 miles away and less then a 10 minute drive.

We would like to welcome you to “Harmony House “in North Cape May, NJ! Read on below to get a configuration of our space.

ROOMS: This is a split-level house with three bedrooms in the upper half and one large bedroom in the lower half. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen size beds and closets. One room comes equipped with a changing table and a pack and play inside the closet. You are responsible for assembling the pack and play. The fourth bedroom has two single beds in the lower half of the house. You can read more in the description below.

BASEMENT/GAME ROOM: The fourth and largest room in the lower half of the house has its own lock. So, it is a private room with an en suite bathroom. It also includes the game room with foosball table, other board games and TV. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information. The foosball table is versatile 10-in-1 table: Interchangeable tabletop lets you play slide hockey, foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon (Billiards and table tennis are not regulation size). The accessories for the some of the games can be found in the basket on the windowsill next to the table. There are two additional sleeping quarters next to the fireplace in the basement. This room does not have a closet. However we have provided shelf with hangers for your convenience.

STUDY: The basement also includes a study table and chair should there be a need to work remotely.

BATHROOMS: There are two full baths; one on the upper level and another in the lower level/basement. The upper bath has a tub and built-in shower. The lower bath has a stand-up shower and laundry room included. Both bathrooms have toilets. You will also find extra towels (white) and beach towels (blue) on the shelves above the laundry countertop in the lower level bathroom.

LIVING ROOM: Has a couch and two chairs. We also have an ottoman by the side and two poufs for additional seating. There is also reading material and a tv in the living room. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, coffee-maker and a French press. Please enjoy some complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. You will also find cookware and cooking utensils. We have provided child friendly cups and plates as well inside the cabinets. The island comes with two bar stools and there is a breakfast nook right off the kitchen for you to enjoy some morning meals.

DINING ROOM: We have a six-person dining table; four chairs and a bench. For those coming with infants and toddlers, you will find a baby feeding chair with a tray by the corner. For additional seating you may use the breakfast nook adjacent to the dining room. The dining room leads out to the patio.

PATIO: We hope you get the chance to enjoy our patio which leads out to the backyard. There is outdoor seating provided next to the grill. Please refer to the House Manual on instructions to use the grill.

FIRE PIT: Our newly installed fire pit comes with four Adirondack chairs. Additional chairs can be found inside the gazebo.

GAZEBO: Our summer hut includes four beach chairs and an umbrella. Please ensure that they are placed back in the gazebo prior to your departure. There is a $250 fee per item for any missing items.

SIDE ENTRANCE: There is a side entrance to the left of the house which leads straight into the backyard which you will have access to as well. You can enter the house from the dining room through the backyard.

Can access all parts of the house except for the garage.

This dog friendly corner property is only a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the bay beach, free parking and no beach tags required all year. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 11 AM and after 4 PM in summer. There is a fenced in yard to keep your family & dog safe. Quiet bucolic neighborhood, plenty of parking, Cold Spring area, 1.5 miles to Broadway beach and the Cove. An easy bike ride to town or beach. Beach tags and bikes are available for tenant use. You are welcome to pick your own vegetables and herbs grown on the property.
