The owner left us sheets to use, there was cleaning products if needed, also a cordless vacuum to clean up sand from the beach and any messes that may arise. Overall the stay was amazing. - "We loved the location of this property. Not only was it close to the beach, but also walking distance to Bennie’s Bread, our favorite bike rental, shopping along Asbury, Walgreens (for a prescription), Wawa and Boyars Market. There were four in our party and the size was perfect. The kitchen was the best stocked that we’ve had in 10 years of coming to OC. We made protein smoothies is a quality blender, grilled burgers on the Foreman (so easy to clean), cooked bok choy soup in the large pot and cooked multiple dishes for dinners in the abundance of pots, pans and trayS. Usually there is only ONE of each; not different sizes or multiple pans. Oh, and there were plenty of round pans that we used to reheat pizza. Another bonus was the heavy lead crystal drinking glasses. Our family avoids plastic as much as possible and this was a nice perk. We loved sitting on the deck every morning and throughout the day to enjoy a cup of tea or eat lunch or dinner. We loved being on the third floor. It was also nice having ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. One pleasant surprise was the four beach tags. I didn’t expect them (maybe I missed that in the amenities). The area was relatively quiet and we loved the fact that garbage pick up was NOT at the crack of dawn (was sometime after noon while we were at the beach). If you’re group is four or less, you will not be disappointed with this place."

Come enjoy some of your summer at the North End of Ocean City. House is sun-filled, and south facing house with a gem of a back yard (partially shaded and beautifully green.) We do allow dogs, but please read entire description before booking, regarding dog allowances.

We have great outdoor space in addition to cozy, comfy and well maintained interior space. You will love relaxing on one of our adirondack chairs after a day on the beach, as well as grilling and eating outside on the patio. And!! We have a newly added enclosed cedar outdoor shower!

Open living space on first floor with living room area, kitchen, breakfast room and bathroom with shower. First floor opens up to patio for outdoor dining, grassy backyard. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and stacked washer and dryer in hallway. Queen bed in master bedroom, second bedroom has bunkbeds and a twin bed (bunk bed has full lower bed and twin upper bed) We are constantly updating this house. We have an enclosed outdoor shower ( new this year) & outside gas grill. Our second floor deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the summer sky. We also have a cedar pergula on the second floor deck.
No parties allowed.

Please tell me about your dog prior to booking. We prefer non-shedding, SMALL (less than 25#) trained dogs, but will consider others. no puppies or chewing behaviors, or problematic barkers. Impossible to find a small house with this much private usable outside space.

Weekly minimum stay. Saturday-Saturday. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age (for family or group rental). We do allow 2 week stay, consecutive weeks, if available.

No smoking property. (Refrain from smoking on property inside & out.) House is great for small family with young kids. (Fenced in yard, great for keeping your bikes safe, but please remember your bike lock.)

No surprises here. We use this house as our second home for our vacations. We do expect that our house is treated with care and clean when you return it to us. Our house is safe (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher) and very well maintained. We also have great neighbors!

The Space:
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed with connected full bathroom and a large covered outdoor terrace offering sweeping views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely.
The living room features a table for four, a sleep sofa, and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy. The unit also comes with board games and two beach tags for use during your stay.
The brand-new kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The new bathroom has a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper.

Guest Access:
Access to your staycation home is super easy! You'll have a key to the secure elevator and a door code to easily enter your condo. Convenient lock box located outside of building makes getting in and out a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The 900 Ocean condo building was freshly renovated in 2023, is well-maintained and sits just a short walk to the 9th Street beach (one block), Downtown Asbury Avenue, restaurants, amusements, and the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

Getting Around:
With its central location, guests can walk or bike to beach, Boardwalk, Downtown, shops, restaurants, etc.

We are happy you have found our home. It's the perfect place for a seaside getaway! Minutes from the beach and boardwalk in the North End of Ocean City NJ. It is on the border of the Gardens with FREE street parking everywhere.

This home is located on the ground floor and has some VERY low ceilings. I do not recommend it for tall guests

We provide beach tags to access Ocean City beaches (4). They must be left at the property on the day of check-out.

This unit is on the ground floor with some very low ceilings. You have the whole ground floor of the house all to yourselves - not a shared space with other guests.

The loft is the 2nd floor of a duplex so you have private access to both the 2nd floor apartment and the fenced-in backyard and outdoor shower. In the rear of the property, via the alley, there is one (1) off-street parking space reserved for you. The other space is for the 1st floor tenant. More free parking is available along West Avenue. The walkway, along the side of the property, is shared and will take you past the 1 floor tenant's outdoor shower & their front deck. You do not have access to this shower, the front deck or the 1st floor apartment.
