On the smaller side but it worked. Sofa needed more pillows since it was so deep but it was comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Per ocean city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which matches their profile name to prove they are over 21. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking).

1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected

2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

3) Please remove shoes.

4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.

6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion

8) Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.

9) Pet fee is $80/pet.

- "Stayed with my family (spouse and two kids under 4) and we had a great time. The location was walkable both to the beach and to Asbury street which hosts OC's mom-and-pop shops. Nearby Acme (7 min walk) was helpful as well for supply runs and picking up the things we inevitably forgot to pack. Outdoor shower too was great for cleaning off sand after long beach days. I'm also very pleased with the host's responsiveness when we communicated with them. Would recommend this property if you're looking for a place for a week or long weekend. "

This is the perfect beach apartment for a small group or family! Enjoy the calm off season in OCNJ with this spacious apartment unit! The unit is walking distance to the beach (3 blocks) and a quick drive to Asbury avenue. - "Just the right size for our family. Close enough to the beach without being too busy. Upstairs neighbors weren't too noisy. Bedroom mattress was too soft for our comfort, but we got used to it. There are four returnable beach badges. Ride bikes are your own risk. Two kayaks are inches from the bay a Somers Point marina. Picnic on the porch while you enjoy the view. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand carts are available for you comfort. PS our parking lot did not flood during Sandy. So you do not need to move your car during a storm.
