- "Considering the rental was above an awesome restaurant it was reasonably quiet. We had one parking spot in the lot that worked well. Everyone else had to find a spot on the street. The air conditioning broke but the owners had widow units installed. Never got fixed while we were there but the window units worked fine. With a few minor issues not worth mentioning we were happy with our stay. Sunsets were magnificent! Also the owners always responded quickly to anything we needed to speak to them about."

Maybe I expected too much, but the fact that no bath towels were provided came as a surprise. The owner did text me that detail on date of arrival but wish I would have known before I travelled 300 miles. Have used countless VRBO’s and own three, and never encountered no bath towels. Also, no hangers! The only real closet had no hanging rod, so I guess it didn’t matter! Biggest complaint was the advertised “parking on premises” which turned out to be parking on street. I brought a classic car and that was a big priority. The owner says it was on the site but I only can find “parking on premises.” Owner said “plenty of street parkin available. Not on weekends! I spent over $100 for Park Mobile for 4.5 days. No dish washing liquid, no dish rack, but owner wants the place cleaned to the standard as you walked in. No problem with that, but could you give the tools to do it? I had to ask for a vacuum. One small garbage bag provided. If your looking for places to plug in devices - good luck. Overall, good location, but for the price, you might want to find a motel. Not a great experience. "

Studio apartment located in North Wildwood NJ. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 4 family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located on 9th Ave 2 blocks to the bay and 6 to the ocean. Walking distance to all of the best dining options North Wildwood has to offer. Surfing Pig, Trio, Inlet, Russos, A&LP, Vegas, Cool Scoops to name a few. This unit is strictly for 2 people.

The studio apartment has a queen bed and two chairs ideal for a couple only. The kitchen is limited as it doesn't have a stove but it does have a combo microwave/air fryer along with all the other necessities such as coffee maker, toaster, etc..

This special apartment is close to everything in beautiful North Wildwood, especially the beach and boardwalk. It is walkable to many cafes, stores, restaurants and the gorgeous seawall. The apartment is on the first floor of our family's residence, but completely separate from the main house. You will have access to an outdoor sitting area, outdoor showers and a gas bbq. Please be advised that the ceilings are 5 ft 11 so if you are taller, you will have to adjust your posture.

The space
The seahorse apartment has a combined living area with a sectional couch and smart TV. Feel free to stream from Netflix, HBO and Amazon prime. There is also a two seat dinette table. You will have a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and tea maker and a Keurig for your daily meals. The bathroom has a walk in shower and we provide all your toiletries and towels. The bedroom is cozy with two windows to feel that ocean breeze! Sheets and blankets will be provided and also a white noise maker.

Guest access
You are welcome to use the seating area in the fenced in backyard and the driveway outside your apartment. You can also use both outdoor showers and the bbq grill.

Other things to note
This apartment is a great place to lay your head and have a beach and boardwalk vacation without the frills and expense of a hotel. We do have 3 friendly dogs that will bark during your stay. There is only off street parking. You will not be able to park in the driveway
