Linens, towels, toilet paper, shower soap and shampoo are supplied with each rental reservation. Your third floor unit will be professionally cleaned prior to the start of your check in time. There is NO MAID SERVICE provided at this rental location. We, owner and management, ask that you leave the unit as you found it, clean and everything in its place. If you use the dishes and cups, we ask you to wash them and put them away. We thank you for your cooperation.

This small unit (approx. 225 sq. ft.) is ideally for one person or couple. However, there is limited space for a mat to sleep on for a third person.

There is a TWIN SLEEPER MATTRESS for a third person.

The condo building has key card entry for security. The lobby and lounge area are for all guests. There is reading material and some board games. It would be appreciated when coming from the beach to use the foot rinse station at the back of the building so NO SAND is tracked into the rooms and bathrooms. - NO PARKING space available w/rental. You must park on the street or parking lot. There is a PARKING LOT right next to the hotel. The daily rate is $20. There is FREE PARKING. Free parking about two (2) blocks NORTH and 1 - 3 blocks west of the beach. You may park in front of the hotel to unload and load your car. The hotel does hire a bellman on wheels for taking bags up to your room. Once you unload your car we ask that you continue to parking your car.

- The main front door to the building requires a key card after 9pm to access the building. This item along with the beach passes will be found in the unit upon your arrival. Please return/leave the key card in the unit at the end of your stay to avoid incurring the replacement fee ($20 ). Please notify management immediately if key card is missing.

- As stated previously, TV is ONLY for STREAMING (NO CHANNELS).

The space
The property is 3 floors with a brick front and a cute front patio. You are booking the first floor apartment. The space includes a living room, kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove and oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker and refrigerator. Cooking materials such as pots, pans, silverware cutlery, glass cups, bowls and plates. Living room with a couch, TV stand, chairs and a 55” smart TV (no cable). Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu and more. There are an additional 2 TVs in the bedrooms. The rooms come with two comfortable full sized beds, night stands and hangers for your clothes. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essential toiletries. Iron, hair dryer and beach balls are also provided. Wireless internet and air-conditioning/heat throughout the property.

Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance to the first floor apartment (which is the space shown in the listing pictures). The entrance is located at the front of the house with the door showing "Apartment #1". There are other guests who may have booked the Apartment #2 upstairs.

Other things to note
Check-in is after 4pm / Check-out is before 11am. We may allow early luggage drop off, but please message me first.

No loud music, smoking or partying is allowed. Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am.

Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper in the bathroom.
