Aloha by the sea is conveniently located minutes from TF Green airport (PVD). 15 minutes from downtown Providence and walking distance to it’s own private beach & Rocky Point State Park!!! The apartment is accessible by stairs that lead down to the waterfront yard. During the summer months there is ground level parking for those with mobility issues. Please let me know before hand if you have mobility issues and I can make special arrangements for you to park on ground level and avoid the stairs.

Private yard space, private grill, private fire pit, and private outside eating area for guests. Basic kitchen and bath necessities as well as linens are available for your convenience during your stay for no additional charge. If you need more than what has been provided for your stay there are several markets as well as a Walmart are located within a 10 minute drive away.

The cottage and all linens, towels, comforters, bath rugs and shower curtain are professionally cleaned and laundered after each checkout. Cleaning prices are as is and are set by professional cleaning service.

In the summer months there are window AC units located in each bedroom. Filters are cleaned regularly. The cottage is located next to a boat marina. This provides a lovely site as motor and sailboats enter and exit the marina. During the summer months you may hear music playing from boats passing by as well as live music that is played at Chelo's Restaurant located across the bay.

Crib, high chair, inflatable kiddie pool, shower grab bars and shower chair provided upon request.

Please let me know if you’d like me to set up the pull out bed to a king bed that will sleep two people.

Cottage Rules:
This seaside suite sleeps a maximum of 4 people and has parking for 1 car only. Please specify how many people will be staying upon booking. There is no street parking for additional vehicles. Any day time guests must leave by 9pm, total occupancy must not exceed 4 people during the day & 4 people overnight. Please let me know if you need handicap accessible parking and I can arrange this for you.

Your cottage unit is private and is equipped with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a coffee maker, electric stove and oven, and a full bathroom. Your master bedroom overlooks the marina, the kitchen/living room and smaller bedroom overlooks Greenwich Bay. We provide complimentary Netflix for you to enjoy during your stay. Checkout is by 11:00am.

There is a separate unit on the 2nd floor of the property. These units are completely separate and cannot access each other. There are no shared spaces between the units other than the beach.

Owner lives on site.

Please respect our neighbors, their privacy and their quiet. - Please no parties or events, playing loud music, or being loud in general.

We don’t allow pets so that we can keep the guest apartment allergy free.

There is a small well-behaved dog and cat that occasionally visit the cottage and use the fenced in yard but do not access or share the guest space/yard.

Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigs, vaping, marijuana, etc.) in the property.

No burning candles or incense inside. Outdoor propane grilling is provided, please be sure to turn off propane tank after grilling. Outdoor firepit is provided. Please be sure to put fire out before retiring for the evening.

No glitter or confetti.

The bay water is clean with freshwater inlet from neighboring Mary’s Creek. Great for swimming or floating! The bay floor has seashells, bring your water shoes for comfort.

Bicycles, kayaks, board games and lawn games are provided for your pleasure. Please complete a liability release and use a life jacket when using kayaks. Paddling without a lifejacket is a finable offense in Warwick.

Fishing rods, baby toys, kiddie pool, pack and play, highchair, grab bars, shower chair and handicap accessible parking available on request.

The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. This is a private suite on the second floor of a two family house. It has two bedrooms (one queen and one twin beds), a full bathroom and a kitchenette.
We provide towels and basic kitchen essentials - coffee, oatmeal, oil, vinegar etc.
Please note that we do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
We also provide one off street parking spot, although if guests prefer they can park on the street. There is plenty of street parking and it’s free.

Only a 10 minute drive from TF Green Airport, a 15 minute ride to Downtown Providence, and less than 1 hour to Newport or RI Beaches !

The space
Guests will have private access to the entire 1st floor apartment. The apartment features 2 bed rooms (1 queen, 1 full), 1 full bathroom and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The apartment also includes an eat-in kitchen, dishwasher and a cozy living area with a 43" Smart TV (Netflix included). Enjoy the tranquil patio space with scenic park and water views of Pawtuxet Cove. Parking is reserved for 2 cars only.

**Coffee K Cups, Tea, and bagged snacks are provided. We also provide cooking basics such as olive oil, cooking spray and salt/pepper. In order to prevent any cross-contamination we do not supply any other food products or condiments.

Water lovers take note - A public boat ramp and dock are located just steps away from the property. Ideal for kayakers, canoers, and recreational fishing.

Pawtuxet Village is also an ideal location for a business traveler, with its convenient proximity to TF Green Airport, and short drive from Downtown Providence and the East Side.

Additionally, the Village is just a short drive to several of Providence's Universities. Johnson & Wales, Brown University & RISD are all less than 15 minutes away!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 1st floor apartment. Guests are free to enjoy the furnished patio, and comfortable lawn furniture overlooking the garden area.

The 2nd floor and basement are not accessible to guests. *Please note - The 2nd floor is occupied by the host(s).

PARKING is reserved for 2 cars. Use the 2 parallel spaces facing the street (look for the green reserved parking sign).

BOAT STORAGE - Kayaks and canoes can be stored in the back yard. We are unable to accommodate parking or storage for anything larger than a kayak or canoe (including boat trailers).

Other things to note
Security cameras are operating on the exterior of the property. Excluding the main outdoor entrance, cameras are not present in any areas used by guests.

The 2nd floor is occupied by the host(s). We have our own separate entrance and will not disturb your visit in any way! Please note that you may hear some light footsteps from us upstairs. We also abide by the no shoes policy in consideration of downstairs occupancy.

A late fee of $350 will be charged when guests do not leave on time.

The unit will be stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to begin your stay; if you need more during your visit, please plan to purchase additional supplies.

For 28+ Nights: Reservation may include $500 admin fee, refundable after clean unit turnover and discharge. Any damages or holdover costs may be deducted from this amount but is not limited to this amount for damage collection.

🔥 Fire Pit Use – Please Read

Warwick allows outdoor fires only if they’re intended for cooking. To stay cozy and compliant, please:

• Use dry hardwood only—no trash, cardboard, or damp wood
• Keep the grill top nearby (marshmallows or hotdogs help show cooking intent!)
• No bonfire-style flames—keep fires small and fully covered
• Never leave a fire unattended, and extinguish fully before bed
• Do not move the fire pit from its designated spot
• No fires on the beach

Insect Disclaimer
Both units are professionally cleaned and regularly inspected for pests. However, as with all coastal properties, seasonal insects such as ants or silverfish may occasionally appear. Please also note that gnats, mosquitoes, and other biting insects are common in waterfront areas—especially at dusk. Bug spray is provided in the unit for your comfort.
