The space
Please make yourself at home and be our guest. A new stove/oven and microwave are available for all your cooking needs. You can sunbathe on the deck or pull out the cozy IKEA mattress from inside the 2 couches and snuggle up for movies.

Guest access
Your private entrance to the upstairs is only through the front door. The lower level has a sweet long term renter. Find the key in the front door lock thru check in instructions before arrival to come by 4pm or any time after 4 that meets your schedule.

Other things to note
If you have more than 4 people or don’t want to share the 2 queen beds, or 2 pull out ikea couches with mattresses tucked in each couch, there's also an extra blowup air mattresses in the closet. So a total of 5 queen/full beds with the couches and mattress. We just ask for $20 extra for the extra time to wash more sheets and blankets.

- "I treated my daughter to a quick weekday "weekend" at this adorable little apartment near everything Naragansett has. Restaurants and shops all across the street, historic neighborhood and a park. The sea wall walkway is a 5 minute walk down the road and Naragansett Town beach about a 20 minute walk from the apartment. We had a great time and even parking was easy on a weekday. The apartment is so clean and has everything you need. Please note, at most you can sleep 3 adult sized people here. If you have little kids they can share the futon. There is a very comfy pull out futon in the living area and a queen bed. Super well stocked with areas to hang outside too. Plenty of parking. You can go to Scarborough beach a few miles down the road if you dont want to pay town beach admission. For my teen daughter, she brought her long board and loved the "scene". I loved just relaxing with her and connecting. Will for sure return!"

- "Great location you can walk to beach. This is a second floor apartment. Has laundry and a nice yard area. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s pretty bare bones. No BBQ tools, no lamps in any of bedrooms and blank walls. It could use a little more ambience and kitchen needs a deep clean. Queen bed needs to be replaced it’s quite sunken in middle . Property owner very responsive and kind. New bar/ open restaurant next door can be noisy as well as the pub two doors down, but if you’re young you might enjoy that. I’ve stayed in the one bedroom apartment downstairs which is newer and wish this one was decorated the same. But, you can’t beat the location and there are three bedrooms a full kitchen and laundry."

No Pets!! - Two dogs reside at the residence and have access to a fenced in backyard which is separated from the rental.

- "Absolutely horrible! Owner is trying to make as much money possible for misrepresentation of property. Air conditioning gnus in a lock box so you cannot adjust! There are people working downstairs monitoring you the entire time. I was overcharged and owner lied to justify the charge. It was very dirty… under the toilet seat looked like dobro e had gotten ill before we arrived and there are no cleaning g supplies. In fact there are no backup supplies at all. The owner bosons linens are included… there were 2 towels for 3 reserved people and the pull out couch sheet was filthy. The vanity in bathroom is falling apart. The kitchen drawers are empty… not one spatula to cook with. Very limited pans and some silverware. The view is nice but you are above a noisy motel and a pull up deli that is noisy. There is construction going on below. The owner is rude, lies, and is dismissive. Only cares about your money.. no pride in her property. Her daughter dropped off extra blankets… one was a couch cover which can’t be used as a blanket and the other smelled musty. I do not suggest you stay here. "
