The drive into Boston was rather easy. The house had comfortable furniture and beds. The owner communicated well and even had a warm loaf of bread waiting for us. The bathroom was well-stocked with 2-ply toilet paper! If I make it back to Boston, I will definitely stay here again."

North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it`s less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground.

You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore.

You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.

Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits

" - "We stayed at this Quincy apartment to watch our daughter run the Boston Marathon. The Quincy Subway Station was about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Directly across the street was a well stocked grocery store and a Walgreens pharmacy. About a block away was a Dunkin Donuts and Burger King. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a minimalist/modern flair. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the “in-house” washer and dryer were very convenient. Our dogs loved the ceiling to floor windows and the indoor garage was especially nice with all the rain we got. Green space was limited for the dogs but there was a dog park about a 5 minute drive away and we found a couple on nice parks a short distance away. Definitely 5 stars! We would stay again if we returned to Quincy."
