The bathroom was well-stocked with 2-ply toilet paper! If I make it back to Boston, I will definitely stay here again."

North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it`s less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground.

You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore.

You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.

Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits

Directly across the street was a well stocked grocery store and a Walgreens pharmacy. About a block away was a Dunkin Donuts and Burger King. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a minimalist/modern flair. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the “in-house” washer and dryer were very convenient. Our dogs loved the ceiling to floor windows and the indoor garage was especially nice with all the rain we got. Green space was limited for the dogs but there was a dog park about a 5 minute drive away and we found a couple on nice parks a short distance away. Definitely 5 stars! We would stay again if we returned to Quincy."

There’s a roof Terrance that’s spacious and has softer seating than the living room furniture. The firm living room furniture was helpful for my parents but a bit low. Overall I would rent this again, just hope bed frames could be elevated to accommodate older renters. The views from every window were beautiful and we enjoyed watching rabbits and birds every morning together. "

Luxury furnished apartment in brand new building. Centrally located in heart of Quincy. Apartment is located within a 7 minute walk to Quincy Center train station. Also located near the city center and across the street from a supermarket.

Never experienced this. " - "Location was absolutely amazing, close to everything and just what we were hoping for. The check in process was pretty easy, even though I was a little weary having to walk into a place where the door was left unlocked for check in and check out. When we did go in, the apartment was 83° which was unpleasant, but fixed with the a/c (thank goodness). At first glance, the place looked like a minimalist apartment but after hanging in it for awhile it was actually just unfinished. There were pictures sitting on the ground (as was mentioned in previous reviews) the kitchen utensils were missing a lot of pieces and mismatched, didn't have basics that are in other rentals, missing amenities that were stated on the listing - like a microwave... But we did find the microwave in the primary bedroom closet. When I reached out to the property manager they told me the oven was a 2-in-1 (which it's not... It's just an oven) but I could use the microwave that was in the closet. Upon trying to use the oven, we noticed it didn't turn on, when I inquired about that I was told that I need to flip the breaker. So, in order to use this oven you will need to flip the breaker every day, and hope it works. One day I spent too long fighting with the breaker trying to keep it on. The fans in the bathroom didn't work. It looks like there was a water leak in the kitchen ceiling. The air filter for the furnace didn't fit properly and left 1/3 of it just open. Missing smoke detector in the kitchen/hallway."

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The home is on the 1st floor of a 2 unit building, you have one aprtment above you. The entire space was remodeled and furnished in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, a plush king bed and two memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ & Amazon Prime. There is a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, three comfortable desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.

The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.

The bathrooms, like everything else, are brand new and spacious with a vessel sink, floating vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. Both showers include bath tubs.

The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom.

It's a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it's just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.

Large Bay window in living room, bedroom windows are smaller for privacy reasons - as this is a ground level unit. As with all older houses in Boston area- slight settling of the house- so floor is very slightly tilted.
