It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building, the entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55` TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch.

The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.

It`s a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach, with off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.

North Quincy is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is very close by it`s less than a 10 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. Many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts and a playground.

You can access our home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 15 minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore.

You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 min, the airport in about 15 min, TD Garden is 15 min, Fenway park is 25 min, Plymouth in 45 min and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.

Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a minimalist/modern flair. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the “in-house” washer and dryer were very convenient. Our dogs loved the ceiling to floor windows and the indoor garage was especially nice with all the rain we got. Green space was limited for the dogs but there was a dog park about a 5 minute drive away and we found a couple on nice parks a short distance away. Definitely 5 stars! We would stay again if we returned to Quincy."

When we did go in, the apartment was 83° which was unpleasant, but fixed with the a/c (thank goodness). At first glance, the place looked like a minimalist apartment but after hanging in it for awhile it was actually just unfinished. There were pictures sitting on the ground (as was mentioned in previous reviews) the kitchen utensils were missing a lot of pieces and mismatched, didn't have basics that are in other rentals, missing amenities that were stated on the listing - like a microwave... But we did find the microwave in the primary bedroom closet. When I reached out to the property manager they told me the oven was a 2-in-1 (which it's not... It's just an oven) but I could use the microwave that was in the closet. Upon trying to use the oven, we noticed it didn't turn on, when I inquired about that I was told that I need to flip the breaker. So, in order to use this oven you will need to flip the breaker every day, and hope it works. One day I spent too long fighting with the breaker trying to keep it on. The fans in the bathroom didn't work. It looks like there was a water leak in the kitchen ceiling. The air filter for the furnace didn't fit properly and left 1/3 of it just open. Missing smoke detector in the kitchen/hallway."
