Tucked behind a privately fenced area, this private patio offers a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city—yet it's right in the heart of Providence. Set on a charming cobblestone surface, the outdoor space features two cozy egg chairs and a mosaic bistro table with four chairs all surrounded by the sounds and view of this river. The secondary ramp entrance is located on the side of the apartment providing easy access for guests with mobility needs.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

When you walk into this apartment you’re welcomed to exposed brick walls and oversized windows. There are two sofas—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests— that are arranged around a central coffee table. Past the built-in entertainment center is the dining table that seats 6 guests and is paired with a wooden bar stocked with a Moscow mule starter kit.

SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS
Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!

KITCHEN:
Just past the dining area, step into the full kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

SLEEPING AREAS:
This loft features two beautifully designed sleeping areas set against striking exposed brick walls, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings all situated beneath a continuous open ceiling that unifies the entire space creating a spacious and airy feel. (The walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.) The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and additional chair, including two exits for easy access to the dining area or the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and is conveniently located off the living room. A white noise sound machine is also provided for a restful nights sleep.

BATHROOM:
There is a large full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two shower heads, and double-vanity, as well as a half bath making this apartment perfect for all 6 guests. The whirlpool tub is deeper than a standard tub, so the edge is a bit higher when stepping in to use the shower. Our bathrooms come fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. Across from the bathrooms you’ll find a stackable in-unit washer and dryer for your own private use.

THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have two free dedicated off-street parking spots in the driveway.

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

The spacious spa-like en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom features a soaking tub, a sleek glass walk-in shower, and a double vanity with two mirrors. The second full bathroom is designed for convenience. Featuring a white vanity paired with a mirror, shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathrooms are fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE DECK:
Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area or the primary, and onto your own private outdoor retreat with exclusive views of the city. This elevated deck features two distinct seating areas—one with a glass-top dining and four chairs, and another with two chairs and a loveseat. This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).

Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

Interaction with Guests:
​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. Highly recommend" - "This was perfectly situated for us as it’s near our daughter’s apartment there, and near all of our favorite restaurant/bar establishments. Walked everywhere but one brunch. Parking pass was nice for moving in. Easy to access. Nice safe neighborhood. This rental is basically like having a fully equipped 2 BR suite at a nice hotel. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony and view. It doesn’t feel lived in like many rentals, but that's preferable to us. The street is busy/a little traffic noisy starting at around 5am so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (worked for me). Will for sure book again and hopefully longer stay next time! "

- "Bring blankets! There was only one. " - "We reached out to the owner 24 hours in advance per the listing directions, but didn't hear anything back until 11am the day of the booking. He said there was a problem with the property and that we couldn't stay there. He says he has another property that is similar. I felt very uncomfortable and notified hotels.com so that if something happened, they would know where we actually were. The place we stayed at had no hand towels, no wash cloths, no hand soap, no trash bags. There was no remote for the tv in the main bedroom. The wifi password he gave us was only 3 characters, but 8 characters were required. He was unresponsive to my requests for the password. There were clumps of hair in the shower and a list of rules that we never received ahead of time stating you must remove all of your trash and wash dishes immediately when you were done using them. The bed was hard. It rained, and the rained leaked through the front door soaking the rug. You couldn't step on the rug without a puddle of water leaking out. Finally, the place was haunted. We were there for less than 30 minutes only to have metal on the banister fall the floor when we were on the other side of the room. I put a chair against the front door because I felt unsafe. I went to shut off the light and the chair moved. I would never book with this guy again."

I have no issues with stripping the beds, and setting the towels to the side to be laundered, but I think that being required to vacuum the floors was just a bit too much to expect since we did have a cleaning fee we had to pay. The space
The Loft was originally a Hayloft that was built in the late 1800s, in the early nineteen hundreds it was moved to its current location in converted to a summer beach house. Where it has withstood two major hurricanes and many minor ones. The house was closed up in 2004 and remained vacant until we purchased it in 2021. My wife and I fell in love with the character of the home and decided to turn it to a year-round residents updating everything but keeping it's classic and unique Style . We truly hope you love it as much as we do.
Guest access
Guest have complete access to the house yard and amenities. On the front porch of the house there's a wonderful porch swing where you can sit and relax and watch time go by . The house has two floors on the first floor you'll find the main room which contains two couches and a chair also a dining table and a daybed. there are three Alexa's in the house you may unplug them if you choose they have their own network and they do not share access outside of the property and they are strictly For Your Entertainment. There's an electronic fireplace on the wall with a TV mounted over it. be on the dining table there is a fully stocked kitchen with standard sized appliances. Beyond that is the bathroom with a stand up shower and it also contains a washer and dryer. There is a side deck which has a Weber grill a fire pit a conversation sitting area dining table with chairs there is also a shower outside on the back deck.

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a 1/2 bath the front bedroom has wonderful views of Buschneck Cove looking up Narragansett Bay and has wonderful Sunset as its west-facing. A California king size adjustable bed with massage will help you sleep at night. off the main bedroom there is a 10 x 12 deck just sit and enjoy your coffee or start work on your tan. There are also two kayaks available for use but you will have to sign a disclaimer before using them. Also we have a few different yard games which people tend to enjoy.
Other things to note
there are 2 cameras on the property. One camera is a ring doorbell. the second camera is is located on the on top of the building covering the driveway and grounds. These cameras are there for security and insurance purposes. Tampering with these cameras is a violation of your rental contract

IVY LEAF is a modern, clean and comfortable room in a recently renovated, gorgeous modern apartment with ton of sunlight.

This spacious private room is a fantastic space for your stay in Providence. Comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious, brand-new full-size bed & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - recently cleaned and prepped.

This room is on the 3rd floor. Please note that you're renting a SINGLE PRIVATE BEDROOM within a larger apartment. You'll have a secure lock and a key for your own bedroom, so you can lock it when you leave for the day (or when you're there).

All of the common areas are available for your enjoyment. The living room and kitchen provide a great place to relax after a day of exploring Providence, connect with other guests that may be staying at the same time, or just read a book on a couch.

Our fully equipped kitchen is available to all of our guests. You can use the fridge and all of the appliances while you're here as well!

There is a full bathroom in the house which is cleaned regularly.

3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle. We do have a Keurig coffee machine, although we do not provide the K-Cups (guests are welcome to bring their own).

4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm.

6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival.

7. What type of unit/listing is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have 2 other rooms in the apartment that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the apartment during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms and kitchens, are all shared. This apartment is located on the third floor of the building.

8. How many bathrooms are in the unit? 1 bathroom.

9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

10. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 5 minutes away from the house at Showcase Laundromat. Once you book and if you need the location, I can share it with you.

11. How does the parking work? – There is free street parking available. on Valley St a few minutes' walk from the house. There is also Off street parking available on a private parking lot 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

12. Is my room safe? - Absolutely, your room will have a lock so you can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away. Every room has a different and unique door code.

13. What is the neighborhood like? - You’ll be staying in Olneyville which is an up-and-coming neighborhood of Providence. The street itself has a bit of an industrial feel to it, but it’s incredibly convenient. You’re just a short walk away from restaurants in Olneyville and Federal Hill and very close to downtown and College Hill. You can walk anywhere you want and you’re never more than a 5-10 minute drive away from anywhere you’d likely like to go. So while the street itself is not the prettiest, it makes up for it in convenience.
