Tucked behind a privately fenced area, this private patio offers a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city—yet it's right in the heart of Providence. Set on a charming cobblestone surface, the outdoor space features two cozy egg chairs and a mosaic bistro table with four chairs all surrounded by the sounds and view of this river. The secondary ramp entrance is located on the side of the apartment providing easy access for guests with mobility needs.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

When you walk into this apartment you’re welcomed to exposed brick walls and oversized windows. There are two sofas—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests— that are arranged around a central coffee table. Past the built-in entertainment center is the dining table that seats 6 guests and is paired with a wooden bar stocked with a Moscow mule starter kit.

SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS
Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!

KITCHEN:
Just past the dining area, step into the full kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

SLEEPING AREAS:
This loft features two beautifully designed sleeping areas set against striking exposed brick walls, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings all situated beneath a continuous open ceiling that unifies the entire space creating a spacious and airy feel. (The walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.) The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and additional chair, including two exits for easy access to the dining area or the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and is conveniently located off the living room. A white noise sound machine is also provided for a restful nights sleep.

BATHROOM:
There is a large full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two shower heads, and double-vanity, as well as a half bath making this apartment perfect for all 6 guests. The whirlpool tub is deeper than a standard tub, so the edge is a bit higher when stepping in to use the shower. Our bathrooms come fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. Across from the bathrooms you’ll find a stackable in-unit washer and dryer for your own private use.

THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have two free dedicated off-street parking spots in the driveway.

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

SLEEPING AREAS:
The spacious primary bedroom is designed for both comfort and luxury. It includes a king-size bed with two matching nightstands, white noise sound machine, chair, and a generous walk-in closet with shelving. The primary includes an en-suite bathroom & glass sliding doors that lead to an expansive private deck. The private secondary bedroom situated on the other end of the apartment features a queen-size bed, bedside table, closet, and a modern desk. Creating a great layout for a family or couples.

BATHROOMS:
The spacious spa-like en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom features a soaking tub, a sleek glass walk-in shower, and a double vanity with two mirrors. The second full bathroom is designed for convenience. Featuring a white vanity paired with a mirror, shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathrooms are fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE DECK:
Step through the glass sliding doors in the living area or the primary, and onto your own private outdoor retreat with exclusive views of the city. This elevated deck features two distinct seating areas—one with a glass-top dining and four chairs, and another with two chairs and a loveseat. Just beyond the seating area, a gate leads you to a staircase that takes you down to the backyard—offering a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

THE SHARED BACKYARD
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.

THE BUILDING:
This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses five separate short-term rental units. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

The apartment is located on the third floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Right on Broadway grab a unique latte at the famous Nitro Bar, brunch at Julian’s for their creative & funky menu, and enjoy a drink at The Avery speakeasy. 2 blocks away explore Providence’s Little Italy! Federal Hill where there are endless restaurants and live music performances. Just over the bridge, you’ll find Downtown Providence! Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).

Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

Interaction with Guests:
​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. Highly recommend" - "This was perfectly situated for us as it’s near our daughter’s apartment there, and near all of our favorite restaurant/bar establishments. Walked everywhere but one brunch. Parking pass was nice for moving in. Easy to access. Nice safe neighborhood. This rental is basically like having a fully equipped 2 BR suite at a nice hotel. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony and view. It doesn’t feel lived in like many rentals, but that's preferable to us. The street is busy/a little traffic noisy starting at around 5am so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (worked for me). Will for sure book again and hopefully longer stay next time! "

Located in Providence, this welcoming apartment brings it all within your reach. There's convenient uncovered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 8-minute walk to Thayer Street or the 15-minute walk to Brown University Bookstore.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and cookware.

- "Bring blankets! There was only one. " - "We reached out to the owner 24 hours in advance per the listing directions, but didn't hear anything back until 11am the day of the booking. He said there was a problem with the property and that we couldn't stay there. He says he has another property that is similar. I felt very uncomfortable and notified hotels.com so that if something happened, they would know where we actually were. The place we stayed at had no hand towels, no wash cloths, no hand soap, no trash bags. There was no remote for the tv in the main bedroom. The wifi password he gave us was only 3 characters, but 8 characters were required. He was unresponsive to my requests for the password. There were clumps of hair in the shower and a list of rules that we never received ahead of time stating you must remove all of your trash and wash dishes immediately when you were done using them. The bed was hard. It rained, and the rained leaked through the front door soaking the rug. You couldn't step on the rug without a puddle of water leaking out. Finally, the place was haunted. We were there for less than 30 minutes only to have metal on the banister fall the floor when we were on the other side of the room. I put a chair against the front door because I felt unsafe. I went to shut off the light and the chair moved. I would never book with this guy again."
