Kristopher K who checked us in was lovely, and he sent us a text to make sure we were happy with our room. A+ customer service. A few small cons: hvac sort of loud. I think this is because the style of this place is a lot of cement, exposed pipes, etc. This did not bother us because we like this sort of white noise when we sleep but some may not. We did find a few things to be a bit dusty in our room - lamps, tv remote, etc which was a little strange. I do wish they had smart TVs so you can pull up your streaming apps. We can't wait to return here on our next trip to Rhode Island."

We got a late check out and spent the afternoon in the lobby area which was awesomely set up for lounging, watching TV (with a fireplace) AND playing games.
