I will keep coming back here for my little getaway. The city is beautiful and easy to get around and so much to do! Fresh crisp line and fluffy pillows. We were the closest room the elevator and did not hear it at all which is awesome! Kristopher K who checked us in was lovely, and he sent us a text to make sure we were happy with our room. A+ customer service. A few small cons: hvac sort of loud. I think this is because the style of this place is a lot of cement, exposed pipes, etc. This did not bother us because we like this sort of white noise when we sleep but some may not. We did find a few things to be a bit dusty in our room - lamps, tv remote, etc which was a little strange. I do wish they had smart TVs so you can pull up your streaming apps. We can't wait to return here on our next trip to Rhode Island."
