- "Kumar the manager was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. He was like a breath of fresh air. Extremely polite from the moment I called to ask about early check in and restaurant recommendations to the moment my family walked in the doors to check in. He even greeted us with a little goodie bag of waters and snacks for my kids and a comped breakfast for myself and my kids father. Then we ordered dinner at Draft and the lady working there was very polite and helpful and explained that my 2 year olds meal would be free. She even called up to my room to let us know when our food was ready. Pool area is spacious with plenty for the family to do (rock climbing, swimming, basketball, movies playing on a large screen, foosball). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."
