I did asked front attendant if they have any idea what could cause this noise could be since it was disturbing at times especially when you don't expect to hear this kind of noise in a quiet area @ 6-8AM in the morning but information wasn't given other than apologies. Not a big deal but for reference I was on 2nd floor where ground lobby is 1st floor and on outside inspection my location or room seems to be right on top of a closed off room from outside of building that could be generators or the back end that controls the elevators/machines in building.
