Furniture and beds very comfortable. TV has plenty of regular broadcast and streaming options. Some nice amenities on the kitchen counter including coffee pods, organic teas and some sweets. This historic home, “The Lewis Ripley House,” is a two-family home which consists of the main house built in 1850 occupied by the hosts and an attached, newly renovated, spotless, private, three-level rental unit that sleeps 6.

The light, airy kitchen/ living room area is an open concept. The kitchen has white quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a stocked coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. The living room boasts a large comfy sofa, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace to add to the coziness. There is a large deck off the living room with outdoor furniture, an umbrella to shield you from the sun, and a gas grill. The primary bedroom has a king-size, adjustable bed. You can raise the head of the bed to get a better look at the 65-inch Smart TV and electric fireplace. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. A third bedroom downstairs on the lower level has a king-size bed. You can access the downstairs patio and yard from the downstairs bedroom. The full bathroom has a tub/shower and an LED-backlit, antifog bathroom mirror perfect for makeup, shaving, and hair drying. There is hardwood throughout, central a/c Wifi (300 Mbps -up to 5 devices), and a full-size washer and dryer. There is off-street parking for two cars in the driveway.

We are pet friendly! We respect that your pet is part of your family. There is a lot of space for your pet in this unit. The deck has a gate so that your pet can be outside with you without having to worry about them being on a leash. There is a large yard for you to take them out to do their business. We ask that you clean up after your pets inside and outside. The neighborhood is great for taking your dogs on nice long walks. The Chelmsford Dog Park is just half a mile away! If you need to be away for an extended period of time, we are happy to let your dogs out for you or feed them for an extra fee.

- "We stayed in a two bedroom suite. King sized bed in one room and queen in another. Clean bedding. Pull out couch in the living room had a horrendous mattress so keep that in mind for the unlucky fifth person who needs a place to sleep. Good sized kitchen. Single bathroom with exhaust fan not working and only three towels for family of five. If checking in after hours make sure you go to the main office the next day to rekey your room card. We didn’t know this was needed and ended up locked out at the end of a long second day when we came back. Perfect location between friends in New Hampshire and Wilmington and family a little further away in MA. We would stay again."

Our cozy downstairs apartment is centrally located in the beautiful town of Andover. You'll be close to everything while experiencing our New England charm.

We are dog friendly and within 2 miles of the Andover Dog Park, which even has a small section where your pup can run off their leash! Our home is also within 5 miles of many restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of Country Clubs for golfing.

If you plan to visit Boston, you can park at the train station and enjoy a fun day in the city!

This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment offers great amenities including a smart, large screen TV (with Youtube TV), office space with gigabit high-speed fiber internet for working on the go, and keyless entry through the garage. Our kitchenette includes a hotplate and cooking basics for guests to prepare meals without having to leave the house.
There are also no stairs in or out of the apartment. It's all one-level living.

Guests can access the entire basement unit during their stay.

Guests are welcome to use our washer and dryer during their stay as well. It is located in a space shared by the other two apartment units.

Please note this is a basement unit. The entrance is through the garage.

There are security cameras monitoring the parking lot and inside the garage door.

The top and bottom apartment units share a central HVAC system that can be remotely controlled. The thermostat is located in the upstairs apartment unit. We have an electric baseboard heater, space heater and portable fan designated for this unit for guests to use if needed.

Back yard is for upstairs tenants only.

- "The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms. The rooms were cold but the portable heater,and the built in restroom heater did the trick. Fridge and freezer worked, the only other cooking option is a portable single burner electric stovetop . Stayed with my wife and our 9 year old son. The bed is mediocre, and the couch has a pull out section to turn the couch itself into a bed style platform. I slept on it the second night because I couldn't get comfortable in the bed. Had basically everything we needed in a pretty location. Boston was a 30 minute drive... That's if you don't get hit with the mean drivers. (I'm from Texas and I've never seen such mean drivers) very agressive, Boston probably has the number one worst traffic situation in my book right now. Thanks for offering a nice place at a hotel rate! Almost thought it was too good to be true. Owner was very responsive to messages."

- "A great location central in the UMASS Lowell area. Had parking and lovely flat. Recommend for anyone coming for a visit. Will definitely stay again in the future." - "I’ll start with the positive. The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves your vehicle a big mess tracking the sand dirt into your car. When told we’re to park my husband felt it was in harms way of the other 2 cars backing out of the lot so we squeezed the car in the best way we felt it would be safe. Wasn’t leaving the judgement of a property owner not on site and leaving that decision to other tenants who could possibly hit our car backing out because of the lack of space. We got in late so we went right to bed. However we could hear all the cars and sirens of vehicles passing off the main road in front. In the morning we heard upstairs noise and every time someone walked out the front door of the home because the bedroom was right next to the front door. My husband was able to make breakfast however we were left with 2 dirty smelling sponges to wash what dishes we used and clean up. A new sponge was not provided. The refrigerator does not produce ice or water. We were out all day however when we returned we returned to ROACHES crawling in the kitchen."

Many of the doors and windows lacked screens despite the lack of air conditioning. There were very few amenities available. One bathing towel for two guests. No hangers in the closet.
