Karen was super responsive and extremely gracious when we accidentally locked ourselves out, coming to open the house while we enjoyed a Red Sox game at Fenway. She even kindly let our dog outside for a potty break while she was there! The home is nicely updated, VERY clean with plenty of parking and a large kitchen and dining area which is where everyone always ends up. It’s just a short ten minute walk to the commuter rail and quick drive to grocery shopping, the liquor store and of course Dunkin Donuts! We were also able to make easy day trips to nearby Salem, Swanscott, Lexington and Concord.
