Two good sized bedrooms and a pull out couch are available for sleeping. My wife, son ,and I used the two bed rooms. When our daughter spent the night one night, she slept on the pull out. You could comfortably sleep 5 or 6 here. The hosts had a wonderful welcome basket, seltzer waters in the fridge, and many staples available. The T station for the Green Line is a 10 minute walk away. The walk is hilly, so wear good shoes! Ubers were less than a 7 minute wait every time. The airport is 15 minutes away. So, you can get into the city quickly, but the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle of the city when you are ready to relax. We are already planning our next trip, and will definitely try to book this property again."

Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston.

The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area.

The space is within a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom is soundproofed so it is very quiet.

There's a large room with a queen-size bed, dresser, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, coffee/tea bar, and bay windows that let in a ton of light. (There is no full kitchen)

The space
All parts of the house are easily accessible, entry is key-less, and the guest room is immediately at the front door allowing discreet entry/exit. Guest room is not adjacent the host's room, allowing an extra layer of privacy. Guest room curtains nearly block all sunlight making late starts easy. The bed is a very comfortable memory foam mattress with firm and soft pillows. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and basic necessities for preparing meals as well as a fridge. A 40" Roku Smart TV is in the bedroom, and a 55" Roku Smart TV is available in the living room for your entertainment.

Guests have access to all areas of the house EXCEPT the rear bedroom. This includes the guest bedroom, the front porch, the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room.

I do my best to stay out of your business. I am usually available promptly though the app, and home weekdays. I am sometimes less available during weekends, but should be able to sort out any details of your stay no matter what. I'm very easy-going and will work to ensure you enjoy your stay!

Fully furnished room with comfy full size bed, new mini split AC, in a quiet residential area on Somerville line, near Tuft University. Green Line T stop is 5 min walk from the house and that brings you to downtown Boston in 20 min. Easy access to two Red Line - 15 min walk to Davis Sq or very quick bus ride and 2 stops (5 min T ride) to Harvard Square.

The space
This room is in a beautiful single family house. It's a sunny, spacious, well furnished room with hardwood floors. Brand new mini split AC in each room to keep you cool even on the hottest days. You are also welcome to relax on the back porch or on the hammock in the garden, if you like. There is a small kitchenette on the same level as your room and a large kitchen on the first floor. No pets live in the house. I play drums in the top floor of top floor of the house during the day. It is soundproofed but you would still hear it. I also invite musicians to play session around noon. Hope that wouldn’t disturb you during your stay.

You will receive a 4 digit pass code for the front door and for your room on the second floor (so will be able to check-in/out at anytime). Only very limited free street parking one block away so it could be challenging if you need parking. Laundry in the basement is available only if you stay for 5 days or more.

Your room is on the second floor. There are two other bedrooms on the same floor. I leave on floor above and you will usually see me in the house or in the garden in the morning or early afternoon or will be able to easily get in touch with me through text , phone, or email. You might also hear me practicing drums - my room is sound proofed but you might still hear it.

Other things to note
You will share the bathroom with 2 other people so please keep it clean. Wipe the sink, bathtub, and clean the hair strainer after shower. If you use kitchen, make sure to wash dishes or place them in dishwasher.

Bus stops 1 block away every ~1hr. Orange line (Malden Center) is about a 5 minute drive ($8 Uber ride) away.


There are also Lime bikes available to use all around the Malden and Medford area for $1/ride (http://www(dot)cityofmaldendot)org/content/malden-debuts-ofo-and-limebike-dockless-bike-sharing-programs). So, if you want to save some money you can use these bikes to ride to/from the Malden Center T-stop (it's about a 10 minute bike ride away).

Grocery store (Whole Foods) is 4-minute drive and 19-minute walk.

Harvard University is 20-minute drive and 41-minute bus. The bus stop is right in front of my house.

The train station is a 13-minute drive and a 27-minute bus. There is also another train station, designated for some stations, a 19-minute walk away.

Boston Logan Airport is 17- minute drive and 1hr 5 minute bus.

The space
This room is in a beautiful single family house. It's a sunny, spacious, well furnished room with hardwood floors. You are welcome to relax on the front or back porch or on the hammock in the garden, if you like. There is a kitchenette outside your room and a full kitchen and living room on the first floor. No pets live in the house.
I play drums in the top floor of top floor of the house during the day. It is soundproofed but you would still hear it. I also invite musicians to play session around noon. Hope that wouldn’t disturb you during your stay.

Guest access
You will receive a 4 digit pass code for the front door and for your room on the second floor (so will be able to check-in/out at anytime). The rest of the house is occupied by 3 adults (no children). Free street parking two blocks away so. Laundry in the basement is available for those who stay for 5 or more days.

During your stay
Your room is on the second floor. There are two other bedrooms on the same floor. I leave on floor above and you will usually see me in the house or in the garden in the morning or early afternoon. You will be able to easily get in touch with me through Airbnb messaging, text, phone, or email. You might also hear me practicing drums - my room is sound proofed but you would still hear it.

Other things to note
You will share the bathroom with 2 other people so please keep it clean. Wipe the sink, bathtub, and clean the hair strainer after shower. If you use kitchen, make sure to wash dishes or place them in dishwasher.
There is an additional $40/night fee for any extra guests and advanced notice is required.

Private suite of two rooms in home 4 blocks from Tufts University, back porch, parking in Driveway, close to bus routes that take you right to Kendall, Harvard and Davis square. The bedroom has a private half bath, and a queen bed. The space includes a separate room with a couch facing the morning sun for those who desire a private space .Also a quick drive to the airport!

The space
The guest bedroom has a private half bath and a window to the backyard.. There is a day room for guest use with a picture window looking into our garden and a couch. Our bathroom is right next to the guest room. We have a cat, but we can mostly sequester him in our room which is at the other end of the house. We have a driveway for guest parking and a kitchen in the common space which guests can use during their stay.

Guest access
When the weather is suitable, you can access the deck in the back. All year the stay includes 2 rooms, the bedroom and the day room which are right next to each other. The house has a kitchen which we use for meal prep, and guests may access .

During your stay
We are home every day partially during the day, and evenings. It is very easy to be completely independent once check in is complete .

Other things to note
Parking on street and in the driveway is available. Homeis a ranch style single floor. We have a backyard and a porch. As previously mentioned, we have 2 cats.

Assembly Row is a popular commercial area about one mile away. There you’ll discover restaurants, outlet and specialty shops, fitness studios, and entertainment choices ranging from bowling to music. The MBTA Green Line Subway station is also located there for easy access to Boston.

The new Encore Winn Casino is now open in Everett. Enjoy fine dining & nightlife, full casino, spas, and shops just minutes from the apartment.

The space
My home is face to Winthrop st but my driveway is on the back of the house, if you are driving you must came to 7 Franklin st. And after loading from where you park using my back door. After I will give Eletric door code to in and out. On my street does not require park permit. You could choose to use street park or driveway for park.

*My house is 6-minute drive to Tufts University and 43-minute walk.

Grocery store (Whole Foods) is 4-minute drive and 19-minute walk.

Harvard University is 20-minute drive and 41-minute bus. The bus stop is right in front of my house.

The train station is a 13-minute drive and a 27-minute bus. There is also another train station, designated for some stations, a 19-minute walk away.

Boston Logan Airport is 17- minute drive and 1hr 5 minute bus.

All my guest will have their room with key, with access to share bathroom, kitchen and living room, or by Tex me. I’m home most the time.

Parking: The lot next to and behind the building is not ours and belongs to the neighboring business. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Plenty of street parking is available, but during snow emergencies, parking on the main street is prohibited. We recommend parking on a side street and checking the signage.

We do have a washer and dryer on-site, but they are coin-operated ($2 per wash, $2 per dry) and located outside the unit.
