The Samsung 43", 4K TV is equipped with basic cable and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. - access your own accounts) to enjoy after a day out.

The kitchen has butcher block counters, a new Bosch dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and all the bar tools a mixologist may need.

Finally, we have a lovely backyard space with outdoor dining, seating areas, and a large BBQ grill for your use. The backyard is a shared space with us, occasionally unavailable for an evening if we have something planned, but we’ll let you know in advance.

And the Somerville/Medford area was great too. Highly recommend this home. " - "We visited our daughter over the 4th of July. She lives a 10 minute walk from this awesome apartment. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. Courtney and Peter were great with communication, information, and feedback. Our son wanted to play basketball on their goal, and Peter took the time to find the basketball and put air in it. They have decorated the apartment beautifully. Two good sized bedrooms and a pull out couch are available for sleeping. My wife, son ,and I used the two bed rooms. When our daughter spent the night one night, she slept on the pull out. You could comfortably sleep 5 or 6 here. The hosts had a wonderful welcome basket, seltzer waters in the fridge, and many staples available. The T station for the Green Line is a 10 minute walk away. The walk is hilly, so wear good shoes! Ubers were less than a 7 minute wait every time. The airport is 15 minutes away. So, you can get into the city quickly, but the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle of the city when you are ready to relax. We are already planning our next trip, and will definitely try to book this property again."
