The space features a new central heat/air conditioning/air filtration system, a comfortable living/dining space with a high-quality queen pull-out sofa, Jens Risom upholstered rocker & solid wood dining table with seating for 4+. The Samsung 43", 4K TV is equipped with basic cable and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. - access your own accounts) to enjoy after a day out.

The kitchen has butcher block counters, a new Bosch dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and all the bar tools a mixologist may need.

Bedrooms have quality hybrid mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows & bedding. The bathroom has a deep jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower head & toiletries so you can pack light. You will also have private use of the new washer/dryer in our remodeled basement utility space.

So, you can get into the city quickly, but the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle of the city when you are ready to relax. Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston.

The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area.

The space is within a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom is soundproofed so it is very quiet.

There's a large room with a queen-size bed, dresser, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, coffee/tea bar, and bay windows that let in a ton of light. (There is no full kitchen)

Other things to note
FYI The WiFi has been completely replaced with a new mesh network and the overall home bandwidth has been doubled as of 11/1/2023. The internet has been flawless since!
