The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will check in and upload the ID information. These documents must be submitted through our designated form prior to check-in.
2. Security Deposit:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, which can be paid through our secure portal or via Airbnb. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur.
3. No Smoking or Parties:
- Smoking or hosting parties on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
4. Security Deposit Policy:
- Security deposits can be submitted through Airbnb or directly via our secure portal. If your reservation is subject to a security deposit and you refuse to pay, your check-in will be denied.
5. Criminal Record Policy:
- Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.
6. Quiet Hours:
- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.
7. Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome but subject to an additional fee, which is calculated based on the length of your stay. The fee ranges from $5 to $40 per night, depending on the duration of your reservation. Please note that the maximum number of pets allowed is one.

Steps from The Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation. 15 minute drive into Boston (no traffic). 20-25 minutes from Logan Airport. Across the street from Waltham Common.

Relax with family or friends in this 2 bedroom apartment elegant and comfortable including a TV in each room, this is a recently renovated apartment with a full bathroom, plenty private parking space on premises located in the heart of Waltham, just a few blocks away from the vibrant Moody St, filled with a variety of restaurants, 10 minutes away from Bentley University, Brandeis University and La Salle college, 2 blocks to nice beautiful Charles River path to bike or simple admired the beautiful landscape just walking, near public transportation to Boston, commuter rail as well, 20 minutes driven to Boston.
