Your private queen bedroom is one of two upstairs guest rooms in this cozy three-bedroom farmhouse. You'll have full access to the spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, convenient half bathroom adjacent to your room, plus a full bathroom with shower downstairs.
Feel free to explore the beautiful outdoor spaces - from the firepit area perfect for evening relaxation to the peaceful farm grounds. There's plenty of fridge space for your items, and washer/dryer access is available in the semi-finished basement.
Guest access
Feel free to make full use of the living room, kitchen, half bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, and full bathroom with shower on the first floor. You are to welcome to explore the outdoor space, or ask for recommendations for larger parks or hiking areas nearby.
There is plenty of space in the fridge, a hair dryer, and washer/dryer for clothing.

I'm always available by phone for any questions or issues that come up, and happy to chat in person when I'm home. I live in the first-floor room but completely respect your privacy and space - you'll have your independence while knowing help is nearby if needed.

We have a guest suite. It is part of our property which is a single-family house. It’s equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and separate entrance from the main residence. It’s on the first floor, next to the bathroom, the kitchen, and with access to the washing machine and clothes dryer. We are a Bolivian-Honduran couple, with 2 children aged 13 and 23, and a little cockapoo dog named TJ. The amenities in the guest suite include 1Gig Wi-Fi, TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+).

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. This space (built in 2022) is a one-bedroom In law with a full kitchen and full bathroom. You are not going to share any space with the main house & you have your own private entrance. It is very close to Interstate 95 (5 minutes’ drive), therefore with a very quick access to the city and Pharmaceutical Companies in Waltham. You can easily reach to Bentley & Brandies Universities. Cambridge and Downtown Boston are 7 & 12 miles away respectively.
The space
This place is located in one of the upscale and safe neighborhoods in Waltham. The street is a private road and quiet place. This beautiful new guest house garden level unit has one-bedroom, full bathroom and full kitchen. The living room has a day bed and a private entrance with an access code. You can park off the street for free (not in the driveway).
Guest access
Travelers have full access to space and everything inside, including Microwave, Refrigerator, induction Stove, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils/Supplies, Silverware, Linens and Toiletries, Towels, High Speed WiFi Internet, 55" Smart TV.
Other things to note
If you drive a car you are going to better use the potentials of this place. Of course you can use Shared Rides or Taxi and the Bus is down the Hill (0.4 miles).
For going to the Kitchen or Bathroom, you have to climb one step, so bathroom and kitchen are one step above the bedroom and the living room and unfortunately it is not accessible by Wheelchair.
A dog lives in the main house and has no access to your unit.
