We're a warm, family-oriented household with three lively young children, and we love hosting guests in our home! That said, you may hear some family noise, particularly:
In the mornings between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, as we get the kids ready for school
At various times in the evening, during dinner, playtime, or bedtime routines
While our space may not be ideal for those needing complete silence, many of our guests have found the environment welcoming, safe, and full of heart.
If the noise ever becomes too much, just let us know—we’re always happy to make adjustments where possible to ensure your comfort.

Not a big deal, but if you advertise parking in the driveway then make it not possible it’s annoying. Bed was comfortable, couch felt like a literal rock. The entrance is also quite low, my wife hit her head and she’s about 5’ 10” and it was not a comfortable walk down for me either. Close to stuff mostly, short drive. Just not well maintained, kinda grimy. "

This is a private bedroom with a super closet and drawers a plenty! It’s warm and sunny personality boasts stunning lake views and it includes a full bath with fresh linens, towels and a cacophony a delightful soaps to choose from.
Enjoy a light breakfast from our featured breakfast bar which includes morning coffee or tea complemented by pastries, muffins, fruit, and various snacks.
Don’t forget your bathing suit because you’ll have use of our private dock on the lake which is perfect for swimming, fishing and sunbathing. And let’s not forget to make use of our fabulous hot tub all while soaking in the gorgeous lake views!
Downstairs features a very large and fulfilling library with several titles of books of all types and good reads for your stay.

Welcome to my guesthouse located on the second floor. we have 4 bedrooms, a kitchenet(NO STOVE)/Living room, 1 full bathroom. Very spacious, clean, and bright.
Drive into Boston,drive famous SALEM the witch trails and to Harvard/MIT/MGH . Just 5 min walk to Lynnwood reservation. Amazing trails, place to explore, have a picnic, enjoy the lake view from up the top of the rocks. easy access to major highways.

■ The entire guesthouse, you would have the experience and enjoy what the city has to offer. Great restaurants, trails, bike trails, Salem the witch town just 15 min away. drive into Boston or any surrounding cities in just a few minutes.

The guest will have access to the entire guesthouse located on the SECOND FLOOR of our main house.
■Check-in is at 3:00 pm sharp or anytime after 3:00 pm
■Check-out is at 11:00 am sharp. Because we always have other guests who will arrive at 3:00 pm. And we need to clean and organize the house for the next guest to come in at 3:00 pm.
■ We offer 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, and 1 trash bag,only for the guest's arrival. the guest is responsible to buy more if they need.

■There are 11 steps to go up into the guesthouse. just renovated,
■ 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a kitchennet ( NO STOVE), a living room / dining room, and a very spacious room. beautiful floors throughout the unit.
■ we have a variety of electric appliances that will allow you to cook just about any meal without a conventional stove. ■There is NO STOVE in the guesthouse.

●Free off street and up to 2 cars are allowed to park in our driveway. (No commercial plate on the street. use the driveway. you can get a ticket.)
